【摘要】：目的探討口腔種植體周圍炎對(duì)頜骨成骨細(xì)胞增殖分化能力的影響,為臨床治療提供參考。方法收集醫(yī)院口腔科松動(dòng)并拔出種植體患者7例作為觀察組,拔出第三磨牙身體健康者7例作為對(duì)照組,取兩組患者的頜骨組織進(jìn)行成骨細(xì)胞的分離培養(yǎng)和純化,MMT測(cè)定成骨細(xì)胞增殖能力,RT-PCR法測(cè)定成骨細(xì)胞Ⅰ型膠原(Ⅰcollagen,Col I)mRNA水平,Western blot檢測(cè)成骨細(xì)胞Col I蛋白水平。結(jié)果第7天時(shí),觀察組成骨細(xì)胞OD值低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),第3天時(shí),觀察組成骨細(xì)胞OD值低于對(duì)照組,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;觀察組成骨細(xì)胞Col I蛋白相對(duì)表達(dá)量明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論口腔種植體周圍炎能夠抑制頜骨成骨細(xì)胞的增殖和分化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of oral periimplant inflammation on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts.Methods 7 patients with loosening and pulling out implants in hospital stomatology department were selected as observation group and 7 patients with healthy third molars as control group.The osteoblasts were isolated, cultured and purified from the mandibular tissues of the two groups.
