【摘要】：目的:探討咬肌注射A型肉毒素后對于下頜骨早期過度發(fā)育的干預(yù)影響。方法:3周齡SD雌性大鼠35只,體重60~80g,隨機取5只大鼠咬肌不作任何處理作為正常對照組(組1),隨機取5只大鼠第4周時雙側(cè)咬肌注射花生油(癸酸諾龍溶劑)作為陰性對照組(組2),另25只大鼠進行A型肉毒素干預(yù)下頜骨發(fā)育實驗。實驗組25只大鼠分為5組(組3~組7),每組每周于雙側(cè)咬肌注射癸酸諾龍,其中4組(組4~組7)分別于4、5、6、7周進行干預(yù),于雙側(cè)咬肌注射A型肉毒素1次,共2U,7組35只動物于15周齡時取材,下頜骨進行Mirco-CT掃描,經(jīng)軟件重建三維模型后測量標(biāo)志點進行分析。結(jié)果:標(biāo)志點測量后,組3與組1和組2之間各項指標(biāo)差異有顯著性。組4、5、6、7各項指標(biāo)與組1接近,與組3差異有顯著性,各項指標(biāo)均有減小,組1與組2各項指標(biāo)差異無顯著性。組5指標(biāo)與組3差異具代表性。結(jié)論:大鼠青春期前咬肌注射癸酸諾龍可以使大鼠下頜骨在長度和高度上過度發(fā)育,咬肌注射A型肉毒素可早期干預(yù)大鼠下頜骨過度生長發(fā)育。大鼠5周齡時A型肉毒素干預(yù)最有效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of botulinum toxin A injection into masseter muscle on early overdevelopment of mandible.Methods 35 female Sprague-Dawley rats aged 3 weeks were used.The masseter muscles of 5 rats were randomly selected as normal control group (group 1) and 5 rats were randomly injected with peanut oil (Norolone sebacate) at the 4th week as negative control group (group 2, n = 25).The effect of botulinum toxin A on mandibular development in rats was studied.Twenty-five rats in the experimental group were divided into 5 groups (group 3 ~ group 7), each group was injected with Norone Sebacate once a week in bilateral masseter muscle. Four groups (group 4 ~ 7) were treated with botulinum toxin A (Botulinum toxin A) in bilateral masseter muscle for 7 weeks.A total of 35 animals in 2 UU 7 groups were collected at the age of 15 weeks. The mandible was scanned by Mirco-CT. After the 3D model was reconstructed by software, the markers were measured and analyzed.Results: there was significant difference between group 3 and group 1 and group 2 after mark point measurement.The indexes of group 4 and group 1 were similar to that of group 1, and were significantly different from group 3, and the indexes of group 1 and group 2 were all decreased, but there was no significant difference between group 1 and group 2.The difference between group 5 and group 3 was representative.Conclusion: injection of norone sebacate into prepubertal masseter muscle can overdevelop the mandible of rats in length and height. Botulinum toxin A injected into masseter muscle can interfere with the overgrowth and development of mandible in early stage.Botulinum toxin A (Botox A) was the most effective intervention at 5 weeks of age in rats.
