【摘要】：目的探討腭部多形性腺瘤(PA)的CT表現(xiàn)特點(diǎn)。方法回顧性分析23例經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的腭部多形性腺瘤的CT表現(xiàn)并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。所有病例均行CT平掃,其中11例行增強(qiáng)掃描。重點(diǎn)對(duì)病灶的部位、數(shù)目、形態(tài)、邊緣、密度及強(qiáng)化特征等進(jìn)行觀察分析。結(jié)果 23例病變中發(fā)生于硬腭9例,軟硬腭交界處8例,軟腭6例。16例呈類圓形,7例呈橢圓形腫塊,界限清楚,平掃時(shí)腫塊密度等于或稍低于鄰近肌肉,14例密度均勻,9例密度不均勻,病灶內(nèi)可見(jiàn)斑片狀或裂隙樣低密度區(qū),4例可見(jiàn)鈣化或骨化,12例伴有鄰近骨質(zhì)受壓吸收,14例病灶周圍見(jiàn)環(huán)狀低密度影。增強(qiáng)后實(shí)性部分為輕至中等強(qiáng)化,9例呈不均勻強(qiáng)化,瘤內(nèi)可見(jiàn)斑片狀或裂隙狀不強(qiáng)化區(qū),病灶周圍環(huán)狀低密度影不強(qiáng)化,2例強(qiáng)化均勻。結(jié)論腭部多形性腺瘤的CT表現(xiàn)具有一定特點(diǎn),能為術(shù)前診斷和治療提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the CT features of pleomorphic adenoma of palate (PAA). Methods CT findings of 23 cases of pathologically proved pleomorphic adenoma of palate were analyzed retrospectively and related literatures were reviewed. The location, number, shape, edge, density and enhancement characteristics of the lesions were observed and analyzed in 11 cases. Results among the 23 cases, 9 cases occurred in the hard palate and 8 cases at the junction of the soft hard palate. Soft palate was found in 6 cases. 16 cases were round and 7 cases were oval masses, and the boundary was clear. On plain scan, the density of mass was equal to or slightly lower than that of adjacent muscles in 14 cases, and the density was uneven in 9 cases. In 4 cases, calcification or ossification could be seen in 4 cases with calcification or ossification. Circular low density shadow was seen around the lesion in 14 cases. The solid part of the enhancement was mild to moderate enhancement in 9 cases, and the enhancement was uneven in 9 cases. Patch or fissure unenhanced areas could be seen in the tumor, and the circumference of the lesions was not enhanced uniformly in 2 cases. Conclusion CT findings of pleomorphic adenoma of palate have some characteristics, which can be helpful for preoperative diagnosis and treatment.
