上頜前牙舌側(cè)差動內(nèi)收力系三維有限元模型的建立

【摘要】:目的基于CT法建立上頜前牙舌側(cè)差動內(nèi)收力系的三維有限元模型,對這一復(fù)雜正畸矯治力系的生物力學(xué)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性分析。方法通過高精度螺旋CT掃描獲得精確的組牙和頜骨圖像信息,運(yùn)用MIMICS軟件進(jìn)行三維重建,同時在Solidworks中建立舌側(cè)托槽與弓絲的三維幾何模型,并進(jìn)行裝配,導(dǎo)入ANSYS軟件劃分網(wǎng)格生成上頜前牙舌側(cè)差動內(nèi)收力系的三維有限元模型。最后對模型進(jìn)行加載檢測。結(jié)果建立了細(xì)致、逼真的上頜前牙舌側(cè)差動內(nèi)收的三維有限元模型,在0.015 N·m的力矩和56.6 g的Ⅱ類牽引力作用下上頜前牙牙周膜應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變在生理性范圍之內(nèi)。結(jié)論本研究建立的上頜前牙舌側(cè)差動內(nèi)收力系三維有限元生物力學(xué)模型保證了高度的幾何相似性和力學(xué)相似性,可用于這一復(fù)雜正畸矯治力系生物力學(xué)效應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of differential adductive force in the lingual side of maxillary anterior teeth based on CT. The biomechanical effects of this complex orthodontic force system were systematically analyzed. Methods accurate images of teeth and jaws were obtained by high-precision spiral CT scanning and 3D reconstruction was performed with MIMICS software. At the same time, the 3D geometric model of tongue bracket and arch wire was established in Solidworks and assembled. Three dimensional finite element model of differential adduction system of maxillary anterior teeth was generated by introducing ANSYS software. Finally, the model was tested by loading.
