【摘要】：目的了解改水工程對(duì)陽春市飲水型地方性氟中毒兒童氟斑牙病情的影響情況,為制定防治策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法按照《飲水型地方性氟中毒監(jiān)測方案》(中疾控地病發(fā)〔2012〕6號(hào))要求,對(duì)陽春市高坎村、熱水村2個(gè)病區(qū)村進(jìn)行改水工程運(yùn)行情況和8~12歲兒童氟斑牙患病情況調(diào)查,水氟濃度測定采用氟離子選擇電極法,兒童氟斑牙診斷采用氟斑牙診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(WS/T 208-2011)。結(jié)果 2015年陽春市高坎村、熱水村2個(gè)病區(qū)村水氟含量檢測結(jié)果分別為1.39mg/L、0.08mg/L。2015年陽春市2個(gè)病區(qū)村氟斑牙總檢出率為55.17%(16/29),較改水前氟斑牙總檢出率89.77%(79/88)下降34.60%,差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2=17.10,P0.01)。結(jié)論陽春市飲水型氟中毒病區(qū)改水降氟工程防病效果顯著,但工程維護(hù)和管理不善影響防病工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of water improvement project on dental fluorosis in children with drinking water endemic fluorosis in Yangchun City. Methods according to the requirement of "Monitoring Scheme of drinking Water endemic fluorosis" (No. 20126), Gaokan Village, Yangchun City, was selected. Two villages in hot water village were investigated for the operation of water improvement project and the prevalence of dental fluorosis in children aged 8 to 12. Fluorine concentration in water was determined by fluorine ion selective electrode method. Children with dental fluorosis were diagnosed according to the criteria for dental fluorosis. Results in 2015, Gaokan Village, Yangchun City, adopted WSR / T 208-2011.Results in 2015, Gaokan Village, Yangchun City, The results of fluorine detection in two villages of hot water village were 1.39 mg / L 0.08 mg / L. 2015, the total detection rate of fluorosis teeth was 55.1717 / 29%, which was 34.60% lower than that before water modification (P 0.01). Conclusion the drinking water type of Yangchun City is drinking water type. The effect of improving water and reducing fluoride in fluorosis area is remarkable. However, poor maintenance and management of the project affect disease prevention work.
