【摘要】：目的:比較三維打印數(shù)字化無牙頜個別托盤與傳統(tǒng)無牙頜個別托盤的技工制作用時及臨床操作用時,從臨床時間花費角度對數(shù)字化個別托盤進行適用性驗證。方法:招募20名無牙頜患者進行前瞻性、單盲、自身隨機對照臨床試驗,每人均采用北京大學口腔醫(yī)院功能易適性數(shù)字化全口義齒(functional suitable denture,FSD)系統(tǒng)修復方式及傳統(tǒng)全口義齒修復方式制作無牙頜個別托盤,將利用兩種方式制作的個別托盤制取終印模后制作全口義齒,記錄技工制作用時及臨床操作用時。結(jié)果:三維打印數(shù)字化無牙頜個別托盤與傳統(tǒng)無牙頜個別托盤的制作平均人工用時分別為(28.6±2.9)min、(31.1±5.7)min,兩者差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。分別用三維打印數(shù)字化無牙頜個別托盤與傳統(tǒng)無牙頜個別托盤制取終印模的臨床操作平均用時為(23.4±11.5)min、(25.4±13.0)min,兩者差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:三維打印數(shù)字化無牙頜個別托盤的技工制作用時及臨床操作用時均小于傳統(tǒng)無牙頜個別托盤,采用三維打印數(shù)字化無牙頜個別托盤制作全口義齒能夠節(jié)約技工的制作時間及臨床操作用時,且由于其不需要灌注初印模,可節(jié)省印模材料及模型材料,在全口義齒修復治療中,是值得臨床推廣的制作無牙頜個別托盤的方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the working time and clinical operation time between 3D printing digital individual pallet and traditional edentulous individual pallet, and verify the applicability of digital individual pallet from the point of view of clinical time.Methods: twenty patients with edentulous jaw were recruited for prospective, single-blind, self-randomized controlled clinical trial.Dental pallet was made by using functional suitable denture system and traditional complete denture system in Peking University Stomatology Hospital.The complete dentures will be made after the final impression of individual trays made in two ways, and the time used by the craftsmen and the clinical operation will be recorded.Results: the average artificial time of digital edentulous individual pallet and traditional edentulous individual pallet was 28.6 鹵2.9 min, 31.1 鹵5.7 min, respectively. The difference between them was statistically significant (P 0.05).The average clinical operation time for the final impression made from the digital edentulous individual pallet and the traditional edentulous individual tray was 23.4 鹵11.5min, 25.4 鹵13.0min, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: the working time and clinical operation time of 3D printing digital edentulous individual pallet are smaller than that of traditional edentulous individual pallet.Making complete denture with three dimensional printing and digitizing individual pallet of edentulous jaw can save the time of craftsman's making and clinical operation, and because it does not need to infuse initial impression, it can save impression material and model material.In the treatment of complete denture, it is worth popularizing to make individual pallet of edentulous jaw.
