【摘要】：正患者,男,10歲,因左上后牙松動,牙齦出血2 h就診。查:面部對稱,無畸形,口內(nèi)檢查見:ⅣⅢ度松動,牙槽骨無膨隆,牙齦無撕裂,但見牙齦滲血,診斷:Ⅳ滯留、松動,致牙齦出血。處理:指壓下拔除Ⅳ,可見4牙尖,紗球壓迫止血,囑患者及家屬,紗球咬合20 min后自行去除。第二天一早,患者及家屬再次就診,稱昨日去除咬合紗球后,拔牙處仍出血,出血量較昨日增大,昨晚用紗球壓迫了一晚。查體:患者拔牙
