【摘要】：背景:隨著患者不斷提升的美觀要求,不管是前牙還是后牙修復,有一定強度且美觀的基臺材料越發(fā)引起人們的關注。目的:評價前牙區(qū)鈦基臺與氧化鋯基臺修復對種植體周圍組織的影響。方法:選擇行前牙區(qū)種植修復患者34例(40顆牙齒),植入Ankylos系統(tǒng)種植體并完成單冠修復,其中20顆采用鈦基臺,另20顆采用氧化鋯基臺,冠修復后12個月復診,通過影像學評價種植體周圍骨吸收量,同時檢測牙周探診深度、改良菌斑指數(shù)、改良齦溝出血指數(shù)及齦乳頭指數(shù),調(diào)查患者對種植修復的滿意度,并應用紅色美學評分標準進行美學評價。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:鈦基臺修復組與氧化鋯基臺修復組牙周探診深度、改良菌斑指數(shù)、改良齦溝出血指數(shù)、齦乳頭指數(shù)比較差異無顯著性意義;兩組修復后12個月的種植體周圍骨吸收量無差異;兩組患者對種植修復的滿意度均較高,組間比較無差異;氧化鋯基臺修復組的紅色美學評分高于鈦基臺修復組(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明,鈦基臺與氧化鋯基臺修復對種植體周圍軟硬組織的影響無差異,均能獲得較好的臨床修復效果,但氧化鋯基臺在前牙區(qū)美學修復存在一定優(yōu)勢,長期效果有待于進一步觀察。
[Abstract]:Background: as patients continue to improve their aesthetic requirements, both anterior and posterior teeth are restored, More and more attention has been paid to the material of strong and beautiful abutment. Objective: to evaluate the effect of titanium abutment and zirconia abutment restoration on the surrounding tissue of the implant. For example, 40 teeth were implanted with Ankylos system implants and were repaired with single crown. Twenty of them were treated with titanium base and the other 20 with zirconia. The bone resorption around the implant was evaluated by imaging, and the depth of periodontal exploration and the improved plaque index were measured. Modified gingival sulcus haemorrhage index and gingival papilla index were used to investigate patients' satisfaction with implant restoration, and aesthetic evaluation was carried out by using red aesthetic score. Results and conclusion: periodontal probing depth of titanium and zirconia base abutment repair group was evaluated. There was no significant difference in plaque index, modified gingival sulcus bleeding index and gingival papilla index between the two groups. There was no difference between the two groups, and the red aesthetic score of the zirconia base restoration group was higher than that of the titanium base platform restoration group (P 0.05). The results showed that there was no difference in the effect of the titanium base and zirconia base restoration on the soft and hard tissue around the implant. But there are some advantages in aesthetic restoration of Zirconia abutment in anterior teeth, and the long-term effect needs further observation.
