【摘要】：目的：通過錐形術(shù)射線計(jì)算機(jī)控制斷層掃描(cone beam computed tomography, CBCT)測(cè)量分析美學(xué)區(qū)GBR術(shù)后種植體唇側(cè)骨壁厚度,研究美學(xué)區(qū)種植GBR術(shù)后骨壁厚度的變化量,為美學(xué)區(qū)種植修復(fù)提供參考依據(jù)。 方法：選取浙江大學(xué)附屬口腔醫(yī)院25例進(jìn)行上頜前牙種植手術(shù)同期行GBR且已完成上部修復(fù)患者的CBCT資料,測(cè)量種植當(dāng)天和術(shù)后4-6個(gè)月的種植體唇腭向骨壁在種植體頸部根方1mm、4mm、7mm、10mm、14mm(位點(diǎn)1-5)處在與種植體長(zhǎng)軸垂直方向上的厚度。 結(jié)果：種植術(shù)后牙槽骨厚度明顯增加。4-6個(gè)月后,種植體唇側(cè)骨壁厚度多數(shù)在2～4mm之間,與術(shù)后當(dāng)天相比有部分吸收,其中在位點(diǎn)1-4的骨吸收量分別為0.8±0.6mm、0.6±0.5mm,0.4±0.4mm和0.5±0.4mm。 結(jié)論：美學(xué)區(qū)種植手術(shù)4-6個(gè)月后唇側(cè)骨壁與術(shù)后相比會(huì)有一定程度的吸收,但是余量仍能支撐其上部軟組織,以保證其美學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure and analyze the thickness of labial bone wall of implant after GBR in aesthetic area by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), and to study the change of bone wall thickness after GBR implantation in aesthetic area. It provides reference for planting restoration in American school district. Methods: the CBCT data of 25 patients undergoing maxillary anterior tooth implant surgery and having completed upper restoration were selected from the Stomatology Hospital of Zhejiang University. The thickness of the labial and palatal bone wall of the implant was measured on the implantation day and 4 to 6 months after implantation in the vertical direction of the long axis of the implant at the root side of the implant neck 1 mm 4 mm 7 mm 7 mm 10 mm 14 mm (locus 1-5). Results: after implantation, the thickness of alveolar bone increased significantly. 4-6 months after implantation, the thickness of the labial wall of implant was between 2~4mm and partial absorption, and the bone resorption at site 1-4 was 0.8 鹵0.6mm, 0.6 鹵0.5mm, 0.4 鹵0.4mm and 0.5 鹵0.4mm. Conclusion: there is a certain degree of absorption of the labial bone wall after implantation in the aesthetic area from 4 to 6 months, but the residual can still support the upper soft tissue to ensure its aesthetic effect.
