【摘要】：目的探討游離齦瓣移植術(shù)和根向復(fù)位瓣術(shù)治療牙缺失患者的效果。方法選取2015年1月至2016年6月在西寧市第一人民醫(yī)院接受手術(shù)治療的牙缺失患者60例,依據(jù)隨機數(shù)表法分為游離組和根向組(各30例),比較兩組患者手術(shù)前后的出血指數(shù)、菌斑指數(shù)和角化齦寬度。結(jié)果術(shù)前,兩組患者的出血指數(shù)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后1周、1個月、6個月,兩組患者的出血指數(shù)均明顯降低,且組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)前,兩組患者的菌斑指數(shù)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后1周、1個月、6個月,兩組患者的菌斑指數(shù)均明顯降低,且組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)前,兩組患者的角化齦寬度比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后3、6個月,兩組患者的角化齦寬度均明顯升高,且游離組明顯高于根向組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論游離齦瓣移植術(shù)和根向復(fù)位瓣治療角化齦缺失成效顯著,但游離齦瓣移植術(shù)效果更穩(wěn)定,能夠更大程度地增加角化齦寬度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of free gingival flap transplantation and root reduction flap in the treatment of tooth loss. Methods 60 patients with tooth loss were selected from January 2015 to June 2016 in Xining first people's Hospital. According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into free group and root group (30 cases each). The bleeding index, plaque index and keratinized gingival width were compared between the two groups before and after operation. There was no significant difference in bleeding index between the two groups at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months after operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Before operation, the plaque index of the two groups was higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in plaque index between the two groups at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months after operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Before operation, the width of keratinized gingival was compared between the two groups. The width of keratinized gingival was significantly higher in the free group than that in the root group at 3 and 6 months after operation, the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05), and the width of keratinized gingival was significantly higher in the free group than in the root group. Conclusion the effect of free gingival flap transplantation and root reduction flap in the treatment of keratinized gingival defect is significant, but the effect of free gingival flap transplantation is more stable and can increase the keratinized gingival width to a greater extent.
