【摘要】：目的:針對Atwood 3級無牙下頜牙槽嵴制作下半口義齒,分析其使用義齒穩(wěn)固劑前、后,在正中咬合力加載時牙槽骨的應(yīng)力分布情況。方法:應(yīng)用三維光彈實驗方法,在Atwood 3級無牙頜環(huán)氧樹脂光彈模型上制作全口義齒,并在下半口義齒組織面內(nèi)使用和不使用義齒穩(wěn)固劑,進行正中咬合下應(yīng)力加載凍結(jié),比較其應(yīng)力分布。結(jié)果:下半口使用義齒穩(wěn)固劑后,正中咬合加載時,牙槽嵴頂和頰、舌側(cè)應(yīng)力分布更均勻,牙槽嵴頂較不使用穩(wěn)固劑應(yīng)力明顯上升。結(jié)論:臨床上對于Atwood 3級牙槽嵴患者,采用下半口義齒修復(fù)時,使用義齒穩(wěn)固劑不僅可以增加義齒穩(wěn)定性,還可使下頜后牙牙槽嵴的主副承托區(qū)應(yīng)力分布更趨均勻,減少應(yīng)力集中導(dǎo)致的局部壓痛。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the stress distribution of alveolar bone of Atwood grade 3 edentulous mandibular alveolar ridge before and after using denture stabilizer. Methods: three dimensional photoelastic method was used. The complete denture was made on the Atwood grade 3 edentulous epoxy resin photoelastic model, and the stress loading freezing was carried out in the lower half denture with or without denture stabilizer. Results: the stress distribution on the top of alveolar ridge and on cheek and tongue was more uniform when the middle part of denture was loaded with denture stabilizer. Conclusion: for Atwood grade 3 alveolar ridge patients, the application of denture stabilizer can not only increase the stability of denture, but also increase the stability of denture. The stress distribution in the primary and secondary bearing region of the alveolar ridge of the mandibular posterior alveolar ridge is more uniform and the local tenderness caused by the stress concentration can be reduced.
