不同螺紋形態(tài)的圓柱狀2D種植體的即刻力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:為研究不同螺紋形態(tài)的圓柱狀2D種植體的即刻力學(xué),建立了簡化的種植體—牙槽骨的參數(shù)化模型,骨塊簡化為內(nèi)部為松質(zhì)骨外部為皮質(zhì)骨的矩形方塊,在骨塊上建立圓柱形螺紋種植體及牙槽骨,牙槽骨和種植體簡化為一個整體。采用有限元方法,對不同螺紋形態(tài)種植體軸向截面應(yīng)力應(yīng)變在不同承載特征下的變化規(guī)律并進行了對比分析。結(jié)果表明,在混合加載作用下,種植體—牙槽骨的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變及變形分布更趨均勻,表明相鄰牙槽骨之間的反作用力即水平加載對應(yīng)力分布的影響是不可忽略的。當(dāng)螺紋角度在30°~60°時,頂角為45°的螺紋形態(tài)應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重;頂角為60°的螺紋形態(tài)應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變及變形最小。為避免應(yīng)力過度集中產(chǎn)生的二次傷害,應(yīng)采用頂角為60°的螺紋形態(tài),有利于應(yīng)力在皮質(zhì)骨、松質(zhì)骨區(qū)域更合理的分散,可延緩皮質(zhì)骨表面的骨吸收,為種植體的螺紋設(shè)計提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:For the immediate mechanical cylindrical 2D implants of different thread form, a parametric model of implant alveolar bone of the simplified, simplified as internal bone cancellous bone for external rectangular blocks of cortical bone, a cylindrical threaded implant and alveolar bone in bone, alveolar bone and implant simplified as a whole. By using the finite element method, the different forms of implant thread axial stress and strain in different load variation characteristics under were analyzed and compared. The results showed that in the mixed loading, the stress of implant alveolar bone, strain and deformation of more uniform distribution, that between adjacent the reaction effect of alveolar bone level loading stress distribution can not be ignored. When the thread angle in 30 degrees ~60 degrees, 45 degrees angle for the thread shape of the stress concentration phenomenon is serious; the thread form angle for 60 degrees should be Stress, strain and deformation minimum. Two damage to avoid excessive stress concentration generated, should use the thread form angle for 60 degrees, is conducive to the stress in cortical bone, cancellous bone loose dispersed area is more reasonable, can delay the cortical bone surface of bone resorption, provide reference for the design of implant thread.
