【摘要】：目的分析咬合調(diào)整對牙周炎正畸治療患者牙周狀況的影響。方法隨機抽取2013年1月-2016年12月接收并行正畸治療的牙周炎患者中,選擇78例展開詳細(xì)的分組,即A組39例,行咬合調(diào)整操作;B組39例,不進(jìn)行咬合調(diào)整,對比兩組牙周炎患者治療后的牙周狀況。結(jié)果 (1)治療前兩組牙周炎患者的牙周探診深度、臨床附著喪失以及出血指數(shù)比較均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,P0.05;治療后,A組均明顯優(yōu)于B組,兩組對比差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,P0.05。(2)A組患者治療后的TM情況明顯優(yōu)于B組,兩組對比差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論對牙周炎患者采取正畸治療的過程中,積極進(jìn)行咬合調(diào)整,能夠顯著改善患者的口腔指標(biāo),同時還能顯著降低牙齒松動度,促進(jìn)患者口腔功能盡快恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of occlusal adjustment on periodontal status in patients with periodontitis after orthodontic treatment. Methods 78 patients with periodontitis receiving orthodontic treatment from January 2013 to December 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups: group A (39 cases). 39 cases of group B were treated with occlusal adjustment operation. The periodontal status of patients with periodontitis was compared between the two groups. Results 1) the periodontal depth of patients with periodontitis before treatment was compared. There was no significant difference in clinical attachment loss and bleeding index (P 0.05). After treatment, group A was significantly better than group B, the difference between two groups was significant, the TM of group A was significantly better than group B after treatment, and the difference between two groups was significant. Conclusion in the course of orthodontic treatment, active occlusion adjustment can significantly improve the oral index of patients with periodontitis, at the same time, it can significantly reduce the mobility of teeth and promote the recovery of oral function as soon as possible.
