【摘要】：正患者女,62歲,2個(gè)月前偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)舌下區(qū)一包塊,偶有疼痛,進(jìn)食不適,無反復(fù)腫大,以"左側(cè)舌下腺囊腫"收入院。查體:顏面對(duì)稱,開口度及開口型正常,口內(nèi)見左側(cè)舌腹下腫塊,界清、質(zhì)軟、無觸痛;伸舌時(shí)舌尖呈"M"型,舌不能抬起,無法完全伸出口外,舌尖不能觸及腭部。MRI:左側(cè)舌下腺區(qū)見團(tuán)塊狀稍長T1稍長T2信號(hào),抑脂序列呈高信號(hào),鄰近組織結(jié)構(gòu)未
[Abstract]:A 62-year-old female patient, 2 months ago, stumbled upon a lump in the left sublingual area, occasionally suffering from pain, eating discomfort, and no repeated swelling. The patient was admitted to the hospital with "left sublingual gland cyst". Body examination: facial symmetry, degree of opening, and normal opening type. The left sublingual mass was seen in the left side of the tongue, with clear boundary, soft quality and no tenderness. When the tongue was extended, the tip of the tongue was "M" type, the tongue could not be raised and could not completely protrude out of the mouth, and the tip of the tongue could not reach the palate. Lipid suppression sequence showed high signal intensity, but the adjacent tissue structure was not.
