【摘要】：通過(guò)分析運(yùn)動(dòng)面弓記錄的髁突運(yùn)動(dòng)模式來(lái)判斷顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)各結(jié)構(gòu)的形態(tài)位置關(guān)系、肌肉功能狀態(tài)和下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙,結(jié)合其他臨床檢測(cè)手段(臨床和影像學(xué)檢查等),對(duì)口頜系統(tǒng)的生理或病理狀態(tài)作出診斷。目前國(guó)內(nèi)尚缺乏對(duì)髁突軌跡描記曲線的系統(tǒng)分析方法,本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí),結(jié)合筆者在臨床多年的使用經(jīng)驗(yàn),從靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)兩方面對(duì)髁突軌跡描記曲線的臨床意義進(jìn)行分析,以期為顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)疾病的診斷提供幫助。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the condylar movement pattern recorded by the motor arch, the morphological and positional relationships of the structures in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), the muscle function and the mandibular motor dysfunction were determined. Combined with other clinical examination methods (clinical and imaging examination, etc.) to diagnose the physiological or pathological status of the oral and maxillary system. At present, there is a lack of systematic analysis of the condylar trajectory curve in China, and the literature is reviewed in this paper. Based on the clinical experience of many years, the clinical significance of condylar locus was analyzed from static and dynamic aspects in order to provide help for the diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disease.
