MMP-14與EMMPRIN在口腔鱗狀細胞癌中的表達及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的探討基質金屬蛋白酶-14(matrix metalloproteinase 14,MMP-14)和細胞外基質金屬蛋白酶誘導因子(extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer,EMMPRIN)在口腔鱗狀細胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的臨床意義,并分析二者的相關性。方法選取2012年1月—2014年6月于我院口腔頜面外科診治的69例OSCC患者作為OSCC組,同時選取43例口腔正常新鮮組織標本作為對照組。采用逆轉錄-聚合酶鏈反應技術檢測組織中的MMP-14及EMMPRIN m RNA的表達含量。結果 MMP-14 m RNA、EMMPRIN m RNA在OSCC組中的相對表達量明顯高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=8.198、9.624,P0.01);OSCC組患者在年齡、性別因素中的MMP-14、EMMPRIN m RNA的表達差異不明顯(P0.05),在伴有淋巴結轉移的患者中均明顯升高(t=2.909、2.156,P0.05);且MMP-14、EMMPRIN m RNA在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、中低分化的OSCC中表達均明顯升高,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=3.376、2.667、3.027、2.399,P0.05);MMP-14與EMMPRIN m RNA表達含量間相關系數(shù)為r=0.821,二者呈正相關性(P0.01)。結論 OSCC組織中MMP-14和EMMPRIN m RNA的高表達狀態(tài)均與腫瘤的病理分期、分化程度及淋巴結轉移因素關系密切,二者的表達具有正相關性,提示MMP-14和EMMPRIN均參與了OSCC的浸潤及轉移過程,通過檢測EMMPRIN及MMP-14 m RNA表達含量可能有助于OSCC的病變程度及預后轉歸判斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-14 matrix metalloproteinase 14 (MMP-14) and extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (EMMPRIN) in oral squamous cell carcinoma of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods from January 2012 to June 2014, 69 patients with OSCC treated in oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital were selected as OSCC group. The expression of MMP-14 and EMMPRIN m RNA were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results the relative expression of MMP-14 m RNAEMMPRIN m RNA in OSCC group was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The quantity was significantly higher than that in control group. There was no significant difference in the expression of MMP-14 EMMPRIN m RNA in age and sex factors in patients with OSCC. The expression of MMP-14 EMMPRIN m RNA in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients with lymph node metastasis, and the expression of MMP-14 EMMPRIN m RNA in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients with lymph node metastasis, and the expression of MMP-14 EMMPRIN m RNA in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients with lymph node metastasis, and the expression of MMP-14 EMMPRIN m in stage 鈪,
