磁力矯治器模擬靜磁場(chǎng)對(duì)SD大鼠面頜肌細(xì)胞增殖及細(xì)胞周期的影響

【摘要】:目的:研究磁力矯治器產(chǎn)生靜磁場(chǎng)對(duì)SD大鼠面頜肌細(xì)胞增殖及細(xì)胞周期的影響。方法:將體外培養(yǎng)的第3代面頜肌細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)組加載磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度為971.77 mT的靜磁場(chǎng),對(duì)照組無磁場(chǎng)處理。用酶聯(lián)免疫檢測(cè)儀和流式細(xì)胞儀測(cè)定培養(yǎng)48 h和72 h后各組細(xì)胞的吸光度(A)值和細(xì)胞周期,并對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組A值明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。細(xì)胞周期結(jié)果顯示實(shí)驗(yàn)組G0/G1期比例比對(duì)照組低(P0.05),S期和G2/M期細(xì)胞比例、PI值均比對(duì)照組高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:磁力矯治器靜磁場(chǎng)有促進(jìn)面頜肌細(xì)胞增殖的作用,促進(jìn)細(xì)胞由G0/G1期向S期、S期向G2/M期轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of magnetostatic field produced by magnetic appliance on proliferation and cell cycle of facial muscle cells in SD rats. Methods: the experimental group of the third generation of facial maxillary muscle cells in vitro was subjected to magnetostatic magnetic field of 971.77 Mt. In the control group, the absorbance of cells and cell cycle were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and flow cytometry (FCM) after 48 and 72 hours of culture. The results were statistically analyzed. Results: the value of A in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The cell cycle results showed that the ratio of G 0 / G 1 phase in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05) and the Pi value in the G 2 / M phase was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The magnetostatic magnetic field can promote the proliferation of facial muscle cells. Promote cell transformation from G _ 0 / G _ 1 phase to S phase S phase to G _ 2 / M phase.
