磁力矯治器模擬靜磁場對SD大鼠面頜肌細胞增殖及細胞周期的影響

【摘要】:目的:研究磁力矯治器產(chǎn)生靜磁場對SD大鼠面頜肌細胞增殖及細胞周期的影響。方法:將體外培養(yǎng)的第3代面頜肌細胞實驗組加載磁場強度為971.77 mT的靜磁場,對照組無磁場處理。用酶聯(lián)免疫檢測儀和流式細胞儀測定培養(yǎng)48 h和72 h后各組細胞的吸光度(A)值和細胞周期,并對其結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:實驗組A值明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。細胞周期結(jié)果顯示實驗組G0/G1期比例比對照組低(P0.05),S期和G2/M期細胞比例、PI值均比對照組高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:磁力矯治器靜磁場有促進面頜肌細胞增殖的作用,促進細胞由G0/G1期向S期、S期向G2/M期轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of magnetostatic field produced by magnetic appliance on proliferation and cell cycle of facial muscle cells in SD rats. Methods: the experimental group of the third generation of facial maxillary muscle cells in vitro was subjected to magnetostatic magnetic field of 971.77 Mt. In the control group, the absorbance of cells and cell cycle were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and flow cytometry (FCM) after 48 and 72 hours of culture. The results were statistically analyzed. Results: the value of A in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The cell cycle results showed that the ratio of G 0 / G 1 phase in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05) and the Pi value in the G 2 / M phase was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The magnetostatic magnetic field can promote the proliferation of facial muscle cells. Promote cell transformation from G _ 0 / G _ 1 phase to S phase S phase to G _ 2 / M phase.
