【摘要】：目的探討脫落細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查在各種慢性口腔潰瘍中的診斷價(jià)值。方法選取107例臨床難以確定其潰瘍性質(zhì)的慢性口腔潰瘍行脫落細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查。術(shù)后病理或臨床治療效果驗(yàn)證作為最終診斷,最終診斷與細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果脫落細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查定性診斷的準(zhǔn)確率為95.3%,良惡性病變的敏感性為94.6%,特異性為100%,假陽(yáng)性率為0,假陰性率為5.4%,細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查與最終病理診斷結(jié)果完全一致的符合率為67.0%。結(jié)論脫落細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查對(duì)于慢性口腔潰瘍?cè)\斷具有重要的參考價(jià)值,其具有簡(jiǎn)單易行、快速、創(chuàng)傷小等特點(diǎn),醫(yī)師可根據(jù)細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查結(jié)果制定下一步診療計(jì)劃。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnostic value of exfoliative cytology in various chronic oral ulcers. Methods 107 cases of chronic oral ulcers whose ulcers were difficult to determine their nature were selected for exfoliative cytology examination. Fruit validation as the final diagnosis, Results the accuracy of qualitative diagnosis was 95.3, the sensitivity of benign and malignant lesions was 94.6, the specificity was 100, the false positive rate was 0, the false negative rate was 5.4. The coincidence rate between the examination and the final pathological diagnosis was 67.0. Conclusion the exfoliative cytologic examination has important reference value for the diagnosis of chronic oral ulcer. It has the characteristics of simplicity, rapidity and less trauma. Doctors can make the next diagnosis and treatment plan according to cytological examination results.
