納米銀羥基磷灰石涂層陶瓷托槽的力學及抗菌性能研究

【摘要】:目的:研制納米銀羥基磷灰石涂層陶瓷托槽,并研究其力學性能及其涂層的表面特性、銀離子緩釋能力和抗菌性能。方法:采用微束等離子噴涂法制備納米銀羥基磷灰石涂層陶瓷托槽并研究其涂層的表面特性;選擇40顆由正畸需求拔除的健康前磨牙,隨機分為兩組,每組20顆,分別為實驗組和對照組,實驗組粘接涂層陶瓷托槽,對照組粘接普通陶瓷托槽,隨后對兩組分別實施剪切力測試,記錄其抗剪切強度值(SBS)和粘接劑殘留指數(shù)(ARI);選取6個納米銀羥基磷灰石涂層陶瓷托槽及6個普通陶瓷托槽,采用電感耦合等離子發(fā)射光譜法(ICP-AES)測定其在人工唾液中第1、3、7、14、21d的銀離子緩釋量,,并用覆膜法測試涂層的抗變形鏈球菌性能。 結(jié)果: 1.該新型抗菌陶瓷托槽涂層穩(wěn)定性較好,厚度均勻:約100μm,其SBS值為7.34±1.72MPa,滿足臨床需求,ARI指數(shù)均值為1.45。SBS和ARI指數(shù)與對照組相比均減小,且均具有顯著統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.01)。 2.涂層銀離子緩釋濃度隨著時間的延長逐漸增加,緩釋速度隨時間的推移而減緩,于第14天基本達到穩(wěn)定,抗菌率為99.9%。 結(jié)論:此納米銀羥基磷灰石涂層陶瓷托槽的涂層性能良好,力學性能達到標準,滿足正畸臨床需求,且可降低去除陶瓷托槽時釉質(zhì)損傷的概率;涂層緩釋銀的能力較好,具有較強抗變形鏈球菌能力,可預防正畸過程中牙釉質(zhì)脫礦。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the mechanical properties of nano-silver hydroxyapatite coated ceramic brackets and their surface properties. Methods: Nano-silver hydroxyapatite coated ceramic brackets were prepared by microbeam plasma spraying and their surface properties were studied. 40 healthy premolars which were removed by orthodontics were selected. Two groups were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). The shear strength (SBS) and the residual index of adhesives were recorded, and six nano-silver hydroxyapatite coated ceramic brackets and six ordinary ceramic brackets were selected. The slow release of silver ions in artificial saliva was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-AESs) and the resistance to streptococcus mutans was measured by film mulching method. Results:. 1. The new antibacterial ceramic bracket coating has good stability and uniform thickness: about 100 渭 m, its SBS value is 7.34 鹵1.72 MPa, the average value of ARI index is 1.45.SBS and ARI index is decreased compared with the control group, and there is significant statistical difference (P 0.01). 2. The slow release concentration of silver ion in the coating increased with time, and the slow release rate slowed down with the passage of time. On the 14th day, the slow release rate of silver ion was stable, and the antibacterial rate was 99.9%. Conclusion: the nano-silver hydroxyapatite coated ceramic bracket has good performance, meets the standard of mechanical properties, meets the clinical requirements of orthodontics, and can reduce the probability of enamel damage in the ceramic bracket, and the ability of slow release silver coating is better. It can prevent enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment because of its strong ability to resist streptococcus mutans.
