【摘要】：目的:探究經(jīng)過(guò)治療的慢性牙周炎患者能否同牙周健康者一樣獲得良好的種植短期預(yù)后。方法:將經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)性牙周治療的輕中度慢性牙周炎患者18人設(shè)為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,牙周健康者18人為對(duì)照組,在種植前和種植后4周、12周、24周收集患者唾液,檢查種植體穩(wěn)定性和牙周狀況,ELISA法檢測(cè)唾液中的IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α,RT-PCR檢測(cè)TF、Pg、Td、Fn的量。結(jié)果:種植體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)(implant stability quotient,ISQ)三次檢查逐漸增大,PD結(jié)果減少,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組組間的PD、ISQ檢查結(jié)果無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α表達(dá)量四次檢查結(jié)果逐漸減少,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組的IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α表達(dá)量結(jié)果高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的初期穩(wěn)定性結(jié)果無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)Tf、Pg、Fn相對(duì)SQ值四次檢查結(jié)果逐漸減少,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),Td相對(duì)SQ值四次檢查結(jié)果無(wú)差異(P0.05),實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組Ff、Pg、Fn、Td相對(duì)SQ值結(jié)果無(wú)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在短時(shí)間內(nèi)觀察,經(jīng)過(guò)治療的牙周炎患者種植后唾液中炎癥因子水平和細(xì)菌量降低,并且同牙周健康者一樣有良好的種植體穩(wěn)定性。即排除咬合負(fù)載因素,輕中度牙周炎患者可以取得良好的種植預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether the patients with chronic periodontitis after treatment can obtain good short-term prognosis of implant as well as healthy periodontitis. Methods: eighteen patients with mild to moderate chronic periodontitis treated with systemic periodontitis were selected as experimental group. The saliva of 18 healthy periodontal patients was collected before and 4 weeks after implantation and 24 weeks after implantation. The stability of implants and periodontal status were detected by Elisa. The quantity of IL-1 尾 IL-17 TNF- 偽 in saliva was detected by RT-PCR. Results: the stability coefficient of implant stability quotient ISQ increased gradually and the PD decreased. There was no significant difference in the expression of IL-1 尾 -IL-17TNF- 偽 between the experimental group and the control group. The expression of IL-17 TNF- 偽 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The expression of IL-1 尾 -IL-17 + TNF- 偽 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the expression of IL-17 TNF- 偽 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the initial stability between the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the relative sq value of P0.05Td between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: in a short period of time, there is no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the Td relative sq value. Conclusion: there is no significant difference between the two groups in the relative sq value. Conclusion: in a short period of time, there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. The treated patients with periodontitis had lower levels of inflammatory factors and bacteria in saliva after implantation, and had the same stability of implant as healthy periodontitis. Patients with mild to moderate periodontitis may have a good implant prognosis.
