【摘要】：根尖周區(qū)病變可能由牙髓源性感染所引起,也可能為非牙髓源性造成。非牙髓源性病變?nèi)绻霈F(xiàn)在牙髓壞死或曾行根管治療的患牙根尖周時(shí),很可能導(dǎo)致誤診誤治甚至耽誤病情。本文對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)在牙齒根尖周區(qū)透射影病變的影像診斷及其鑒別診斷進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)總結(jié),為臨床診治提供參考。
[Abstract]:Periapical lesions may be caused by dental infection, may also cause non pulpal origin. Non dental pulp derived lesions if appear in pulp necrosis or periapical tube had Hanggen treatment, is likely to lead to misdiagnosis or delay the disease. This may occur in the imaging diagnosis of periapical teeth the shadow area transmission and differential diagnosis of lesions are summarized, which provide reference for the clinical diagnosis.
