【摘要】：目的:探討在保證自粘接型樹(shù)脂水門(mén)汀固化的同時(shí)延長(zhǎng)光照射時(shí)間,能否改善其與二氧化鋯陶瓷的粘接效果。方法:二氧化鋯陶瓷片(InCoris ZI,Sirona)經(jīng)燒結(jié)、打磨后,分別與3種自粘接型樹(shù)脂水門(mén)汀(Biscem,G-Cem,SA Luting)粘接。每種樹(shù)脂水門(mén)汀按照光照射時(shí)間(5、20、40 s)和冷熱循環(huán)次數(shù)(0、5 000次)等實(shí)驗(yàn)條件交叉組合為6個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組(n=10),測(cè)量每組試件的剪切粘接強(qiáng)度。另外每種樹(shù)脂水門(mén)汀按照光照射時(shí)間分為3個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組(n=5),測(cè)量避光保存24 h后的試件表面努氏顯微硬度值。使用單因素方差分析和獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)分別對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。結(jié)果:除了G-Cem的40 s、SA Luting的20 s和40 s光照射組外,冷熱循環(huán)顯著降低了其余各組的粘接強(qiáng)度。冷熱循環(huán)前,3種樹(shù)脂水門(mén)汀的5 s和20 s光照射組的粘接強(qiáng)度顯著高于40 s光照射組的;冷熱循環(huán)后,20 s光照射組的粘接強(qiáng)度高于5 s和40 s光照射組。3種樹(shù)脂水門(mén)汀20 s和40 s光照射組的顯微硬度顯著高于5 s光照射組的。結(jié)論:光照射時(shí)間對(duì)自粘接型樹(shù)脂水門(mén)汀的固化及其與二氧化鋯陶瓷的粘接強(qiáng)度和耐久能力有顯著影響,但光照射時(shí)間的過(guò)長(zhǎng)對(duì)二氧化鋯陶瓷樹(shù)脂粘接效果并不是有利的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study whether the bonding effect of self-adhesive resin cement with zirconia ceramics can be improved by prolonging the irradiation time while ensuring the curing of self-adhesive resin cement. Methods: InCoris ZII-Sirona was sintered and polished. Each resin cement was bonded with three kinds of self-adhesive resin cement biscemer G-Cemn SA Luting.Each kind of resin cement was cross-combined with six experimental groups to measure the shear of each sample according to the irradiation time of 5 ~ 20 ~ (40 s) and the number of times of cooling and heat cycling (0 ~ 5 000 times). Shear bonding strength. In addition, each resin cement was divided into 3 experimental groups according to the irradiation time. The Knoop microhardness values of the specimens after 24 h preservation without light were measured. Single factor ANOVA and independent sample t test scores were used. No statistical processing of the data. Results: except for the G-Cem 40 sg SA Luting 20 s and 40 s light irradiation groups, The adhesion strength of the other groups was significantly decreased by the cold and hot cycles, and the bonding strength of the three resin cement groups was significantly higher than that of the 40 s light irradiation group after 5 s and 20 s irradiation before the cold and hot cycle. The adhesion strength of 20 s light irradiation group was higher than that of 5 s and 40 s light irradiation group, and the microhardness of 20 s and 40 s light irradiation group was significantly higher than that of 5 s light irradiation group. Conclusion: the time of light irradiation is better than that of 5 s light irradiation group. The solidification of adhesive resin cement and its bonding strength and durability with zirconia ceramics have a significant effect on the curing of cementing resin cement and its effect on the adhesion strength and durability of Zirconia ceramics. However, the adhesive effect of zirconia ceramic resin is not favorable when the irradiation time is too long.
