往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)鎳鈦銼根管預(yù)備成形能力的體外研究

【摘要】:目的比較4種機(jī)用鎳鈦器械預(yù)備樹脂模擬彎曲根管的成形能力,為臨床應(yīng)用提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法 40個(gè)單彎樹脂模擬根管隨機(jī)分為4組,每組10個(gè),分別使用Reciproc(組1)、Wave One(組2)、Mtwo(組3)和Pro Taper(組4)進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備,記錄4組的預(yù)備時(shí)間,測量預(yù)備后根管的工作長度;使用掃描儀獲取4組預(yù)備前后的根管圖像,使用Photoshop和Image J軟件進(jìn)行圖像重疊并測量預(yù)備后根管彎曲角度的變化值,從距根尖孔1 mm開始,每隔1 mm測量根管內(nèi)外側(cè)壁樹脂去除量,共10個(gè)測量點(diǎn),計(jì)算中心定位能力。使用單因素方差分析、Kruskal-Wallis檢驗(yàn)和SNK檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,檢驗(yàn)水準(zhǔn)為雙側(cè)α=0.05。結(jié)果組2預(yù)備時(shí)間最短,為(53.7±6.7)s,組1、組3和組4分別為(86.9±8.1)、(112.2±8.2)、(177.9±11.2)s,4組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4種器械預(yù)備前后根管工作長度變化的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。組1、組2、組3、組4根管彎曲角度變化值分別為(2.671±0.637)°、(2.667±0.450)°、(3.664±0.870)°、(3.797±0.601)°,組1和組2的變化值顯著小于組3和組4(P0.05)。在距根尖孔3 mm位點(diǎn),組1的偏移程度為(-0.016±0.094)mm,顯著小于其余3組(P0.05);在距根尖孔4 mm和5 mm處,組2的偏移程度分別為(-0.080±0.104)mm和(-0.312±0.088)mm,顯著小于組1[(-0.243±0.099)mm和(-0.404±0.064)mm,P0.05]。結(jié)論 Reciproc和Wave One可快速有效地預(yù)備根管,且可較好地保持樹脂彎曲根管的原始形態(tài);Reciproc在根尖區(qū)具有較好的中心定位能力,Wave One在根管彎曲中段部分具有較好的中心定位能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the formability of four kinds of machine prepared resin to simulate curved root canal, and to provide experimental basis for clinical application. Methods 40 single curved resin simulated root canals were randomly divided into 4 groups, 10 in each group. Root canal preparation was performed with Reciprocc one Wave (group 2) and Pro aperture (group 4) respectively. The preparation time of 4 groups was recorded, and the working length of the prepared root canal was measured. Photoshop and Image J software were used for image overlap and the change of root canal bending angle after preparation was measured. From 1 mm to the apical foramen, the resin removal of inner and outer wall of root canal was measured every 1 mm. Single factor ANOVA Kruskal-Wallis test and SNK test were used to carry out statistical analysis. The test level was bilateral 偽 -0. 05. The results showed that the preparation time of group 2 was the shortest. There was no significant difference in root canal working length between group 1, group 1, group 3, group 3 and group 4: 112.2 鹵8.2ng 鹵8.2g 鹵8.2L / L, respectively. There was no significant difference in root canal working length before and after preparation with P0.050.4.There was no significant difference between group 1, group 2 and group 3, and the change value of root canal bending angle in group 1, group 2, group 2, group 4 was 2.671 鹵0.637) 擄2.667 鹵0.450 擄3.664 鹵0.8707 擄/ 3.797 鹵0.601 擄(P < 0.05), and that in group 1, group 2 and group 4 were 2.671 鹵0.637 擄and 2.667 鹵0.450 擄, respectively, and 3.797 鹵0.601 擄(3.797 鹵0.601) 擄, respectively, in group 1, group 2, group 2, and group 4 were 2.671 鹵0.637 擄. The change values of group 1 and group 2 were significantly lower than those of group 3 and group 4 (P 0.05). The deviation degree of group 1 was -0.016 鹵0.094 mm, which was significantly lower than that of the other three groups (P 0.05). At 4 mm and 5 mm from the apical foramen, the deviation of group 2 was -0.080 鹵0.104 mm and 0.312 鹵0.088 mm, respectively, which was significantly lower than that of group 1 [-0.243 鹵0.099 mm and -0.404 鹵0.064 mm]. Conclusion Reciproc and Wave One can rapidly and effectively prepare root canals. And the original shape of resin curved root canal can be maintained. Recic has better central localization ability in the apical region. Wave One has better central location ability in the middle part of root canal bending.
