【摘要】：探討上頜第二乳磨牙近頰第二根管(MB2)的特征及臨床治療方法。選取患牙髓炎或根尖周炎的上頜第二乳磨牙95顆,拍攝術(shù)前及根充后X線片,采用耳鼻喉內(nèi)窺鏡觀察測量髓室底各根管口位置關(guān)系;術(shù)中采用10號銼結(jié)合17%EDTA凝膠探查根管,手動器械進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備,螺旋輸送器導(dǎo)入Vitapex糊劑充填根管。在95顆上頜第二乳磨牙中,有14顆存在MB2,發(fā)現(xiàn)率為14.7%,MB2位于MB-P根管口之間假想連線的近中。
[Abstract]:To explore the characteristics and clinical treatment of maxillary second molars with mesiobuccal second root canal (MB2), 95 maxillary second molars with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis were selected and X-ray films were taken before and after root filling. The relationship between the root canal orifice and the root canal orifice of the pulp floor was observed by endoscope, and the root canal was detected with 10 file and 17TA gel during the operation, and the root canal was prepared with manual instruments. In 95 maxillary second primary molars, 14 of the 95 maxillary second primary molars were found to be MB2, with a detection rate of 14.7mb 2 located near the imaginary line between the MB-P root canal orifices.
