【摘要】：目的探索明膠海綿復(fù)合生長因子緩釋系統(tǒng)加速頜骨骨折愈合的作用和機制,為臨床加速頜骨骨折愈合提供新的方法。方法按每100μg基因重組人骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白(BMP)-2用1 m L重組牛堿性成纖維細胞生長因子(b FGF)液完全溶解后,取40μL滴加到明膠海綿(0.5 cm×0.5 cm×1.0 cm)組織塊中,凍干后制成b FGF/BMP/明膠海綿緩釋系統(tǒng)。在12只新西蘭大白兔兩側(cè)下頜制造線樣骨折,左側(cè)為對照組,只用鈦板固定;右側(cè)為實驗組,鈦板下放置b FGF/BMP/明膠海綿。術(shù)后2、4、12周行大體觀察、X線檢查、組織學檢查。結(jié)果術(shù)后2周,實驗組較對照組在骨折斷端處可見更多纖維組織長入;術(shù)后4周,實驗組骨折間隙可見到纖維性骨痂,對照組可見纖維組織和血管長入;12周后實驗組和對照組骨折均已完全愈合。結(jié)論 b FGF/BMP/明膠海綿能加速骨折愈合,提高骨折愈合效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect and mechanism of gelatin sponge combined with growth factor sustained release system in accelerating the healing of jaw fracture. Methods BMP-2 recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein per 100 渭 g gene was completely dissolved in 1 mL recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (BGF) solution. 40 渭 L drops were added to the tissue mass of gelfoam (0.5 cm 脳 0.5 cm 脳 1.0 cm), and the b FGF/BMP/ gelatin sponge sustained release system was prepared after lyophilization. Linear fractures were made on both sides of the mandible of 12 New Zealand white rabbits. The left side was the control group, only titanium plate was used, and the right side was the experimental group, and the right side was the experimental group. B FGF/BMP/ gelatin sponge was placed under titanium plate. Gross observation X-ray and histological examination were performed at 12 weeks after operation. Results at 2 weeks after operation, more fibrous tissue was observed in the experimental group than in the control group, 4 weeks after the operation, 4 weeks after the operation, more fibrous tissue was observed at the end of the fracture in the experimental group than in the control group. The fibrous callus could be seen in the fracture space of the experimental group, and the fibrous tissue and blood vessel in the control group were all healed completely after 12 weeks. Conclusion the b#en0# gelatin sponge can accelerate the fracture healing and improve the fracture healing effect.
