【摘要】：目的：對(duì)非綜合征性單側(cè)完全性唇腭裂(Unilateral complete cleft lip and palate, UCLP)患者牙(?)模型評(píng)價(jià)、測(cè)量分析,了解UCLP患者上下牙弓關(guān)系以及牙弓對(duì)稱性。 方法：實(shí)驗(yàn)一：對(duì)52例UCLP患者的全口牙(?)模型的上、下牙弓關(guān)系進(jìn)行Goslon Yardstick等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià),應(yīng)用有序變量資料的秩和檢驗(yàn)比較本中心UCLP患者等級(jí)結(jié)果與其他中心等級(jí)結(jié)果,以及本研究中替牙期與恒牙期UCLP患者的等級(jí)結(jié)果,評(píng)價(jià)UCLP患者的上下牙弓關(guān)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)二：從實(shí)驗(yàn)一中隨機(jī)選取替牙期和恒牙期UCLP患者的牙(?)模型各15副,并以恒牙期個(gè)別正常(?)患者為對(duì)照,采用模型測(cè)量方法,測(cè)量UCLP患者裂側(cè)和非裂側(cè)(個(gè)別正常(?)患者為左側(cè)和右側(cè))上牙弓和下牙弓各段寬度,計(jì)算牙弓各段非對(duì)稱率,探討UCLP患者牙弓對(duì)稱性。 結(jié)果： 1.52例UCLP患者中,60%的患者牙弓關(guān)系差,Goslon Yardstick等級(jí)均值為3.75： 2.替牙期和恒牙期UCLP患者中Goslon Yardstick等級(jí)結(jié)果及等級(jí)分布相近,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)； 3. UCLP患者除牙弓后段外,上牙弓和下牙弓其余各段不對(duì)稱,且隨生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育,上牙弓前段非對(duì)稱率增大(P0.05)；UCLP患者上、下牙弓各段非對(duì)稱率高于個(gè)別正常(?)患者(P0.05)。 4.替牙期UCLP患者牙弓前段和中段非對(duì)稱率在上、下牙弓間具有一定的相關(guān)性(P0.05),而恒牙期UCLP患者僅牙弓前段非對(duì)稱率在上、下牙弓間具有一定的相關(guān)性(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：UCLP患者上、下牙弓協(xié)調(diào)性差,牙弓對(duì)稱性差。隨生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育,UCLP患者上牙弓前段不對(duì)稱性加重,UCLP患者在某些牙弓區(qū)段上牙弓和下牙弓間對(duì)稱性存在一定的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of unilateral complete cleft lip and palate (UCLP) in patients with non-syndromic unilateral cleft lip and palate. Model evaluation, measurement and analysis, to understand the relationship between upper and lower dental arch and dental arch symmetry in UCLP patients. Methods: experiment 1: 52 cases of UCLP patients with complete teeth? The relationship between upper and lower dental arch was evaluated by Goslon Yardstick grade. Rank sum test of ordered variable data was used to compare the grade results of UCLP patients in our center with those of other center grades, as well as the grade results of UCLP patients in the replacement period and the permanent period in this study. To evaluate the relationship between upper and lower dental arch in patients with UCLP. ) the models were 15 pairs each, and each of them was normal in the permanent tooth period. ) the cleft side and non-fissure side of UCLP patients were measured by model measurement. ) the width of the upper and lower arch segments was calculated and the asymmetry rate of the arch segment was calculated to investigate the dental arch symmetry in patients with UCLP. Results:. 1.The mean value of Goslon Yardstick grade was 3.75 in 60% of patients with UCLP. 2. The results and distribution of Goslon Yardstick grade in patients with UCLP were similar, but there was no significant difference between them (P 0.05). 3. The asymmetry rate of the upper arch and the lower arch in UCLP patients was higher than that in the individual normal dental arch. The asymmetry rate of the anterior segment of the upper arch increased with the growth of the upper arch and the other segments of the lower arch, and the asymmetry rate of the anterior segment of the upper arch was higher than that of the individual normal dental arch. ) patients with P0.05N. 4. The asymmetrical rate of anterior and middle segments of dental arch was higher in UCLP patients, and there was a certain correlation between lower arch and anterior segment of dental arch, while in permanent stage of UCLP, the asymmetry rate of anterior segment of dental arch was higher than that of lower arch, and there was a certain correlation between lower arch and anterior segment of dental arch. Conclusion there is a certain correlation between the asymmetry of upper arch and lower arch in UCLP patients with UCLP and the asymmetry of upper arch and lower arch in UCLP with the development of UCLP.
