Mimics軟件在髁突體積和表面積測量中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:運(yùn)用Mimics軟件測量正常人群髁突體積、表面積和MI值,探討不同位置、性別、年齡的髁突形態(tài)特點(diǎn),為確立正常人群髁突體積和表面積參考值提供參考。方法:從上海交通大學(xué)附屬第六人民醫(yī)院放射科就診患者中選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究對象300例,根據(jù)年齡分為3組:組1(18~24歲),組2(25~34歲),組3(35~44歲)。每組100例,其中男女各50例。然后進(jìn)行多層螺旋CT檢查,并運(yùn)用Mimics17.0軟件對雙側(cè)髁突進(jìn)行三維重建,計(jì)算髁突體積、表面積和MI值。結(jié)果:左右側(cè)髁突體積、表面積和MI值均無明顯差別,男性髁突體積、表面積都要大于女性(P0.05),但男女之間髁突MI值無顯著性差異。不同年齡個(gè)體之間髁突的體積和表面積未見明顯差別,而35~44歲個(gè)體的MI值要大于18~24歲個(gè)體(P0.05)。結(jié)論:Mimics軟件可以有效地測量髁突的體積和表面積,并為確立正常人群髁突體積和表面積參考值提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the condylar volume, surface area and MI value of normal population by Mimics software, and to study the condylar morphological characteristics of different position, sex and age. Methods: three hundred patients from radiology department of 6th people's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University were selected from the reference value of condyle volume and surface area in order to establish the reference value of condyle volume and surface area of normal population. They were divided into three groups according to their age: group 1: group 1: 18 ~ 24 years old, group 2: 25 ~ 34 years old, group 3: 35 ~ 44 years old, each group 100 cases, male and female 50 cases. Then multislice spiral CT was performed, and 3D reconstruction of bilateral condylar process was performed with Mimics17.0 software, and condylar volume was calculated. Results: there was no significant difference in the volume, surface area and MI value of the left and right condyle. The surface area of the condyle was larger than that of the female (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the MI value of condyle between male and female. There was no significant difference in the volume and surface area of condyle between different age groups. The MI value of 35 ~ 44 year old individuals was higher than that of 1824 year old individuals (P 0.05). Conclusion the volume and surface area of condyle can be measured effectively by using the software of: mimics, and the reference value of condyle volume and surface area can be established in normal population.
