【摘要】：目的:探討西吡氯銨含片(CCBT)對(duì)控制牙面菌斑堆積和牙齦炎癥的效果。方法:采用隨機(jī)單盲對(duì)照試驗(yàn),納入60名患有慢性齦炎、輕、中度慢性牙周炎患者。對(duì)全部患者衛(wèi)生宣教后隨機(jī)分為3組,對(duì)照組不用藥,試驗(yàn)組使用CCBT,陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組使用復(fù)方氯己定(CHX)含漱液。治療前、治療后第2周記錄Quigley-Hein菌斑指數(shù)(PI)及出血指數(shù)(BI);酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)法檢測(cè)齦溝液中腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)、白細(xì)胞介素1β(IL-1β)表達(dá)水平的改變。結(jié)果:治療前3組間比較PI、BI、齦溝液TNF-α和IL-1β含量均無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。治療后CCBT組和CHX組PI和BI均明顯下降(P0.01),2組的下降值均無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);齦溝液中TNF-α含量均下降(P0.05)。對(duì)照組治療后PI下降(P0.05),其他指標(biāo)無(wú)變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論:西吡氯銨含片有抑制牙菌斑堆積作用,可改善牙齦炎癥,降低齦溝液中TNF-α表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of CCBT on controlling plaque accumulation and gingivitis. Methods: 60 patients with chronic gingivitis were enrolled in a randomized single-blind controlled trial. Patients with moderate chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into 3 groups after health education. The control group was not treated with CCBT.The positive control group was treated with compound chlorhexidine (CHX) gargle. The Quigley-Hein plaque index (Pi) and bleeding index (Pi) were recorded 2 weeks after treatment, and the expression of tumor necrosis factor 偽 -TNF- 偽, interleukin-1 尾 -IL-1 尾 in gingival crevicular fluid was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results: three groups were compared before treatment. There was no significant difference in the contents of TNF- 偽 and IL-1 尾 between the CCBT group and the CHX group after treatment. There was no significant difference in Pi and BI between the CCBT group and the CHX group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), while the content of TNF- 偽 in the gingival crevicular fluid decreased (P0.05). In the control group, the Pi decreased (P0.05), but there was no change in other indexes. Conclusion: cepiramide buccal tablets can inhibit plaque accumulation. It can improve gingival inflammation and decrease the expression of TNF- 偽 in gingival crevicular fluid.
