不同方法去除根管內(nèi)氫氧化鈣封藥的體外研究

【摘要】:目的:研究不同方法去除直根管和彎曲根管內(nèi)氫氧化鈣封藥的差異。方法:建立直根管、彎曲根管的體外標準化模型,用根管銼、超聲沖洗器械、EndoActivator配合注射器沖洗去除根管內(nèi)氫氧化鈣封藥,隨后打開模型,體視顯微鏡下拍照,軟件測量,計算氫氧化鈣殘余量并進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:不同方法去除氫氧化鈣能力:直根管中K銼≈EndoActivator≈P5直接沖洗;彎曲根管中EndoActivator≈預彎P5P5預彎K銼K銼直接沖洗。彎曲根管與直根管之間,K銼組、P5組、EndoActivaor組之間均有顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:3種方法均不能完全去除根管內(nèi)氫氧化鈣,EndoActivaor是去除根管內(nèi)氫氧化鈣的較好方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the difference of calcium hydroxide seal between straight root canal and curved root canal by different methods. Methods: to establish a standardized model of straight root canal and curved root canal in vitro, and to use root canal file. Endo Activator combined with syringe to remove calcium hydroxide seal in root canal, then opened the model, photographed under stereoscopic microscope, and measured by software.
