【摘要】：正Paget病,又名畸形性骨炎,是一種慢性進行性疾病[1],主要特點為骨改建和骨結(jié)構(gòu)異常。早期多無癥狀,在影像及生化檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn),本文介紹1例頜骨Paget病患者的診斷治療。1病例報告患者女性,62歲,2010年6月于外院拔牙,拔牙創(chuàng)長期不愈,有少量膿性分泌物,3個月后拔除鄰牙,2周后行病灶刮治術(shù),未見好轉(zhuǎn)。2011年9月行"死骨清除術(shù)",2012年10月來我院就診,行CT檢查示顱蓋骨、顱底骨及顱面骨彌漫
[Abstract]:Positive Paget disease, also known as deformed osteositis, is a chronic progressive disease characterized by bone remodeling and abnormal bone structure. This paper introduces the diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of Paget's disease of jaw. 1 A case of female who was 62 years old was reported. In June 2010, the teeth were extracted from the hospital for a long time, and there was a small amount of purulent secretion. After 3 months, the adjacent teeth were removed for 2 weeks, and the focus curettage was performed. No improvement was seen. In September 2011, "dead bone removal" was performed. In October 2012, we came to our hospital. Ct examination showed that skull base, skull base and craniofacial bone were diffuse.
