【摘要】：牙齒磨耗是一種不同于齲病、外傷或發(fā)育性異常所導(dǎo)致的牙齒硬組織表面缺損,其發(fā)生率較高。前牙磨耗主要影響美觀及發(fā)音,前牙磨耗修復(fù)是常見的臨床問題,若以美觀為導(dǎo)向,常運用復(fù)合樹脂及陶瓷等牙色材料進行修復(fù)。由于磨耗牙自身化學(xué)成分、微觀形貌的改變及牙色修復(fù)材料性能的差異等諸多因素的影響,前牙磨耗牙色修復(fù)材料的具體選擇是口腔修復(fù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點之一,至今仍在不斷研究探索,現(xiàn)就前牙磨耗復(fù)合樹脂及陶瓷牙色修復(fù)材料的選擇作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Tooth wear is a kind of tooth hard tissue surface defect caused by trauma or abnormal development, which is different from caries. For aesthetic guidance, composite resin and ceramic and other dental materials are often used to repair the tooth. Due to the influence of many factors, such as the chemical composition of the tooth itself, the change of the microscopic appearance and the difference in the properties of the tooth color restoration material, etc. The selection of materials for anterior wear tooth color restoration is one of the hot topics in the field of prosthodontics. It is still being studied and explored up to now. The selection of composite resin and ceramic tooth color restoration materials for anterior tooth wear is reviewed in this paper.
