【摘要】：目的探討喉結(jié)核臨床特征,為喉結(jié)核早期診斷和治療提供科學依據(jù)。方法收集2010年1月至2015年1月于本院診治的34例喉結(jié)核患者臨床資料,進行回顧性分析。結(jié)果喉結(jié)核侵犯部位多局限于咽喉部,其中聲帶、室?guī)Р课痪佣?臨床癥狀以聲嘶、喉痛為主;病理特征以增殖性病變?yōu)橹�。�?jīng)規(guī)范化抗結(jié)核治療,33例痊愈。結(jié)論喉結(jié)核全身及局部癥狀不典型。病例組織檢查是喉結(jié)核診斷的主要方法,多種輔助檢查聯(lián)合使用有助于喉結(jié)核診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features of laryngeal tuberculosis and to provide scientific basis for early diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal tuberculosis. Methods 34 patients with laryngeal tuberculosis from January 2010 to January 2015 were collected. Results the invasion sites of laryngeal tuberculosis were mostly confined to the laryngopharynx, in which the vocal cords and the ventricular bands were the most, the clinical symptoms were hoarseness and larynx pain, and the main clinical symptoms were hoarseness and larynx pain. The pathological features were mainly proliferative lesions. 33 cases were cured by standardized anti-tuberculosis therapy. Conclusion the systemic and local symptoms of laryngeal tuberculosis are not typical. Tissue examination is the main method for the diagnosis of laryngeal tuberculosis. Combined use of multiple adjuvant examinations is helpful in the diagnosis of laryngeal tuberculosis.
