【摘要】：根管治療是牙髓病和根尖周病的主要治療手段,而根管治療成功與否很大程度上取決于根管預(yù)備的質(zhì)量。在根管預(yù)備之前,首先要設(shè)計(jì)良好的髓腔入口并建立連續(xù)光滑的根管疏通通道,這個(gè)過程即為根管的初步預(yù)備。根管初步預(yù)備使清潔和成形根管的器械能夠順暢進(jìn)入根管,可避免器械分離,為此專門用于建立根管光滑通道的器械應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。當(dāng)下,根管初步預(yù)備器械憑借其獨(dú)特的作用和良好的成形能力發(fā)展較為迅速,本文就根管初步預(yù)備器械的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作一綜述,旨在給牙髓病和根尖周病的治療提供一些建設(shè)性的建議。
[Abstract]:Root canal therapy is the main treatment of pulp disease and periapical disease, and the success of root canal treatment depends on the quality of root canal preparation to a great extent, before root canal preparation. First of all, we should design a good pulp cavity entrance and establish a continuous smooth root canal dredging channel. This process is the initial preparation of the root canal. The initial preparation of the root canal enables clean and shaping instruments to enter the root canal smoothly. It can avoid the separation of instruments. For this reason, the instruments used specifically for the establishment of smooth channels of root canals came into being. At present, the primary instruments for root canal preparation have developed rapidly by virtue of their unique role and good forming ability. This article reviews the development of primary root canal preparation instruments in order to provide some constructive suggestions for the treatment of pulp disease and periapical disease.
