【摘要】：目的:腭裂術后腭咽閉合不全的維吾爾族患者爆破音/b/、/p/、/d/、/q/、/g/、/k/、/t/的聲學特征初步探討及分析矯正模式。方法:臨床診斷為腭裂術后腭咽閉合不全的維吾爾族患者42名,維吾爾族正常兒童42名分別為異常組和正常組,跟讀新疆醫(yī)科大學第一附屬醫(yī)院頜面創(chuàng)傷正頜外科建立的“維吾爾語語音清晰度測試詞表”基礎上自擬的“爆破音評估表”作為錄音和評估參考資料并進行錄音,用Praat(語音分析軟件)V6.0.12采集爆破音的參數(shù),即F1為第一共振峰,F2為第二共振峰,F3為第三共振峰,分別對聲學寬帶語圖進行分析及兩組的數(shù)據(jù)行統(tǒng)計學研究。結果:統(tǒng)計學結果顯示,維吾爾語輔音/b/、/p/共振峰值差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);維吾爾語輔音/d/共振峰F2值的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);維吾爾語輔音/g/共振峰F3值的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);維吾爾語輔音/q/共振峰F1、F2值的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);維吾爾語輔音/k/共振峰F1、F3值的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);維吾爾語輔音/t/共振峰F1、F2、F3值的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:腭裂術后腭咽閉合不全的維吾爾族患者爆破音的研究顯示,正常語音之間無統(tǒng)計學差的輔音分別為/b/、/p/,而正常語音之間存在統(tǒng)計學上明顯差異的輔音分別為輔音/d/、輔音/q/、輔音/g/、輔音/k/、輔音/t/;通過對每個輔音特點行相關分析,為維吾爾族腭裂術后腭咽閉合不全患者的語音治療提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: after cleft palate surgery, Uygur patients with palatopharyngoplasty were blasting / / / p / / /. Methods: 42 Uygur patients with postoperative palatopharynx incompetence were clinically diagnosed. 42 normal Uygur children were abnormal group and normal group respectively. On the basis of "Uygur phonetic articulation Test Thesaurus" established by maxillofacial trauma orthognathic surgery in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. As a sound recording and evaluation reference and recording. The parameters of blasting sound were collected by Praat (speech analysis software V6.0.12), that is, F1 is the first resonance peak and F2 is the second resonance peak and F3 is the third resonance peak. Results: the statistical results showed that there was no significant difference in the peak value of Uygur consonant / B / P / R (P 0.05). The difference of F _ 2 value of Uygur consonant P / R was statistically significant (P 0.05). The difference of P / R F _ 3 of Uygur consonant was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The difference of F _ (1) F _ 2 of Uygur consonant P / Q / F _ 2 was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The difference of F _ (1) F _ (3) of Uygur consonant P / K / F _ 3 was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Uygur consonant / resonance peak F1F2F3 was significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion: the study of Uygur patients with velopharyngeal insufficiency after cleft palate showed that the blasting sounds of Uygur patients with palatopharynx insufficiency after cleft palate were studied. The consonants with no statistical difference in normal speech were / / b / / p / r, while consonants with statistically significant differences were consonant / d / /, consonant / / /, consonant / / / respectively.
