【摘要】：目的:研究中國廣東漢族人群8q24 rs987525和10q25 rs7078160位點(diǎn)單核苷酸多態(tài)性與非綜合征性唇腭裂(NSCL/P)的關(guān)聯(lián)。方法:收集到431例NSCL/P患者(病例組)和451例對照者(對照組)。用Taq Man基因型鑒定技術(shù)對分別位于8q24 rs987525和10q25 rs7078160的位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行基因型鑒定。用卡方檢驗(yàn)評價(jià)這兩個(gè)位點(diǎn)的基因型頻率和等位基因頻率在兩組中的分布,并且評價(jià)其與NSCL/P的關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果:對照組8q24 rs987525和10q25 rs7078160位點(diǎn)基因型頻率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。病例組位點(diǎn)基因型及等位基因的分布頻率與對照組比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:10q25 rs7078160和8q24rs987525位點(diǎn)多態(tài)性與中國廣東漢族人群NSCL/P未發(fā)現(xiàn)有關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms at 8q24 rs987525 and 10q25 rs7078160 locus and NSCL / P in non-syndromic cleft lip and palate in Guangdong Han population, China. Methods: 431 NSCL/P patients (case group) and 451 controls (control group) were collected. Taq Man genotyping technique was used to identify 8q24 rs987525 and 10q25, respectively. The genotype frequencies and allelic frequencies of the two loci were evaluated by chi-square test in the two groups. And evaluate its association with NSCL/P. Results: control group 8q24 rs987525 and 10q25. The distribution of genotypes and alleles at rs7078160 loci was consistent with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotype and alleles between the patients and the control group. (. Conclusion there is no association between the polymorphism of 10q25 rs7078160 and 8q24rs987525 and NSCL/P in Guangdong Han population.
