【摘要】:目的:通過對曲面斷層片中上頜阻生尖牙近遠中向和垂直向的影像學(xué)分區(qū),判定其與錐形束CT(conebeam computed tomography,CBCT)中相應(yīng)尖牙唇腭側(cè)位及相鄰恒切牙根吸收之間的關(guān)系。方法:對68例患者的94顆上頜阻生尖牙進行曲面斷層片的拍攝和CBCT掃描。將曲面斷層片中上頜阻生尖牙近遠中向牙尖所處的位置分為5區(qū)(Ⅰ區(qū)-Ⅴ區(qū)),將牙冠所處的垂直向高度分為3部分(牙冠段,根中段,根尖段),其唇腭側(cè)位置和相鄰恒切牙的根吸收情況則由CBCT判定。結(jié)果:曲面斷層片中上頜阻生尖牙近遠中向的區(qū)域定位與CBCT中相應(yīng)阻生牙的唇腭側(cè)位之間有顯著相關(guān)(P0.001),唇側(cè)阻生的尖牙常出現(xiàn)在曲面斷層片中的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ區(qū)域,正中牙槽阻生的多在Ⅳ區(qū)域,腭側(cè)阻生的常在Ⅴ區(qū)域,而垂直向的分段與之無顯著相關(guān)。CBCT中相鄰恒切牙的根吸收常發(fā)生在Ⅳ、Ⅴ區(qū)域和根中段、根尖段。曲面斷層片中阻生尖牙近遠中向和垂直向的區(qū)域劃分均與CBCT中相鄰恒切牙的根吸收之間有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)結(jié)論:利用曲面斷層片中上頜阻生尖牙近遠中向的區(qū)域定位可以預(yù)測其唇腭側(cè)位和相鄰恒切牙的根吸收,垂直向的分段可用來判斷相鄰恒切牙的根吸收,而不可推測其唇腭側(cè)阻生情況。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the panoramic radiographs of the maxillary impacted canine and vertical image to close schools to determine the partition, and cone beam CT (conebeam computed tomography, CBCT) in the canine labial palatal lateral and adjacent relationship between the absorption of permanent incisors. Methods: 94 of 68 patients with maxillary resistance the canines were shot and CBCT scanning panoramic radiographs. The panoramic radiographs of the impacted maxillary canine distal to the tip of the tooth position is divided into 5 districts (I - V District), the crown at the vertical height is divided into 3 parts (crown, root middle the root tip section), the palatal position and adjacent incisor root resorption by CBCT criteria. Results: panoramic radiographs of impacted maxillary canines were significantly correlated between palatal location and CBCT to the corresponding impacted teeth near the median (P0.001), labial impacted the fangs often appear in the Orthopantomograph In I, II, III region, middle alveolar impacted in Region IV, palatally impacted often in V region, and the vertical segment with no significant correlation in.CBCT adjacent incisor root resorption occurs frequently in the Middle Region IV, V and root, root segment. Orthopantomograph in the impacted canine distal to the regional division and vertical and CBCT between adjacent incisor root resorption was statistically significant (P0.05) conclusion: the resistance panoramicradiographs in maxillary cuspid to the location in the near and far can predict the palatal and adjacent incisor root resorption. The vertical segments can be used to determine the adjacent incisor root resorption, and can not speculate the palatal impacted.
