奧拉西坦對血管性癡呆大鼠認知功能的影響及對PI3K/Akt信號轉導通路的作用

血管性認知功能障礙(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)是由各種腦血管疾病引起的以學習、記憶功能障礙為主要癥狀的獲得性智能損害綜合征,其病程發(fā)展的晚期階段被稱作血管性癡呆(vascular dementia,VD)。目前,VD已經成為世界范圍內繼阿爾茨海默。ˋlzheimer’s disease,AD)之后的第二大癡呆類型。但是,迄今為止,VD的發(fā)病機制尚不完全明確,因而缺乏有效的治療藥物。研究表明,慢性腦低灌注(chronic cerebral hypoperfusion,CCH)損傷在VD的發(fā)病過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用,因此探討慢性腦低灌注損傷導致VD的發(fā)病機制,并尋求有效的癡呆防治藥物成為現代醫(yī)學的研究熱點之一。已有的研究表明,神經元的自噬與凋亡在慢性腦低灌注損傷導致VD的發(fā)病機制中占有重要地位,因此調控神經元的自噬與凋亡對于減緩神經元損傷至關重要。磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(phosphoinositide-3-kinase/protein kinase B,PI3K/Akt)信號通路是一條經典的抗凋亡、促存活通路,該通路的激活在缺血缺氧性神...
