【摘要】：目的研究阿爾茨海默病評定量表-認知部分中文版量表(ADAS-Cog)與日常生活能力(ADL)量表共同評價輕中度血管性癡呆(VD)患者的信度與效度,試探將兩量表合并為一表精簡重復的項目,添加部分缺乏的相關項目。方法選取76例符合NINDS-AIREN診斷標準確立的很可能VD患者為受試者,同時進行ADAS-Cog及ADL量表評分,考察兩量表各條目間信度與效度。結果 ADAS-Cog與ADL量表中各項的內(nèi)部一致性信度較高,克朗巴赫(Cronbach)α系數(shù)=0.947。ADAS-Cog量表與ADL量表總分呈顯著正相關性(r=0.720,P0.01);并存在線性回歸關系,回歸方程為Y=0.696X+18.958。效度分析表明除基本ADL(BADL)第4項(簡稱B4,以下同)外,ADAS-Cog量表與ADL量表內(nèi)部各項目均呈正相關性(r0)。結論 ADAS-Cog量表及ADL量表具有較高的信度,C7項與其他項目存在重復性,除B4外,兩量表其余項目均有較好的效度。建議制作VD新量表時,在ADAS-Cog量表與ADL量表合并的基礎上刪除C7項及B4項,縮短評定時間,提高評價準確度,準確地為臨床反映VD患者的智能情況及治療效果提供比較敏感的標準化新工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the reliability and validity of Alzheimer's disease rating scale-Cognitive partial Chinese version scale (ADAS-Cog) and (ADL) scale for evaluating the reliability and validity of (VD) patients with mild to moderate vascular dementia. Methods 76 likely VD patients who met the diagnostic criteria of NINDS-AIREN were selected as subjects. ADAS-Cog and ADL scale scores were performed to investigate the reliability and validity of each item of the two scales.
