【摘要】：目的:評(píng)定及分析腦梗死后患者的認(rèn)知及記憶障礙的特點(diǎn)。方法:應(yīng)用簡易智能狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)評(píng)定73例腦梗死患者總體認(rèn)知功能,包括時(shí)間定向、地點(diǎn)定向、即刻記憶、計(jì)算、延遲回憶、命名、復(fù)述、聽理解、閱讀、書寫、視空間功能;應(yīng)用世界衛(wèi)生組織-加利福尼亞洛杉磯大學(xué)聽覺詞語學(xué)習(xí)測驗(yàn)(WHO/UCLA Auditory Verbal Learning Test)評(píng)定記憶功能,包括即刻學(xué)習(xí)記憶、短時(shí)延遲回憶及長時(shí)延遲回憶,將腦梗死患者評(píng)分與健康對(duì)照組進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析比較。結(jié)果:腦梗死患者總體認(rèn)知評(píng)分及記憶總分、詞語即刻學(xué)習(xí)記憶、短時(shí)延遲回憶、長時(shí)延遲回憶均顯著低于健康對(duì)照組,兩組之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論 :腦梗死患者的總體認(rèn)知功能及記憶功能明顯下降,且即刻記憶和近記憶力均存在明顯障礙,與Alzheimer病患者的記憶障礙的特點(diǎn)類似。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate and analyze the characteristics of cognitive and memory impairment in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: the overall cognitive function of 73 patients with cerebral infarction was evaluated by simple Intelligence State scale (MMSE), including time orientation, location orientation, immediate memory, calculation, delayed memory, naming, retelling, listening comprehension, reading, writing and visual space function. Using the World Health Organization-University of California Los Angeles auditory word Learning Test (WHO/UCLA Auditory Verbal Learning Test) to evaluate memory function, including immediate learning and memory, short-term delayed recall and long-term delayed recall, the scores of patients with cerebral infarction were statistically compared with those of the healthy control group. Results: the overall cognitive score and total memory score, word immediate learning and memory, short-term delayed recall and long-term delayed memory in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group (P0.001). Conclusion: the overall cognitive function and memory function of patients with cerebral infarction are significantly decreased, and there are obvious impairment of immediate memory and near memory in patients with cerebral infarction, which is similar to the characteristics of memory impairment in patients with Alzheimer's disease.
