【摘要】：目的了解深圳市中學(xué)生睡眠質(zhì)量與抑郁癥狀現(xiàn)況,探討睡眠質(zhì)量與抑郁的相關(guān)性。方法于2015年12月—2016年1月,通過(guò)兩階段分層整群抽樣方法抽取深圳市12所中學(xué)的3 168名學(xué)生,采用匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表(PSQI)、兒童抑郁癥狀障礙自評(píng)量表(DSRSC)等進(jìn)行匿名調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查對(duì)象的PSQI平均得分為(5.41±2.93)分,有22.0%的中學(xué)生存在睡眠障礙;調(diào)查對(duì)象的DSRSC平均得分為(8.39±6.09)分,有17.0%的中學(xué)生存在抑郁癥狀;睡眠障礙與抑郁癥狀之間具有正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.443,P0.001)。結(jié)論深圳市中學(xué)生存在一定的睡眠障礙和抑郁癥狀,睡眠障礙和抑郁癥狀之間具有正相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of sleep quality and depressive symptoms in middle school students in Shenzhen, and to explore the correlation between sleep quality and depression. Methods from December 2015 to January 2016, 3168 students from 12 middle schools in Shenzhen were selected by two-stage stratified cluster sampling. The Pittsburgh Sleeping quality Index (PSQI),) was used. Self-rating depression scale (DSRSC) was used for anonymous investigation in children.
