【摘要】：目的通過檢測老年性癡呆患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,探討高同型半胱氨酸血癥(HHcy)對(duì)老年性癡呆發(fā)生發(fā)展的臨床意義。方法利用簡易智能精神狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)等將受試對(duì)象分為兩組,即輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙(MCI)和阿爾茨海默病(AD)組,其中MCI組29例,AD組32例,30例選自體檢中心的健康體檢者作為正常對(duì)照組,比較各組之間血清Hcy、葉酸和維生素B12以及血糖、總膽固醇、甘油三酯水平有無差異。結(jié)果 MCI組Hcy(17.52±4.38)μmol/L與AD組Hcy(21.46±9.22)μmol/L明顯高于對(duì)照組Hcy(15.06±4.39)μmol/L濃度(分別為P=0.035,P=0.001);AD組與MCI組Hcy濃度有顯著差異(P=0.04);各組的葉酸、維生素B12、血糖、總膽固醇、甘油三酯無差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 HHcy是老年性癡呆的危險(xiǎn)因素之一,老年性癡呆患者的病情嚴(yán)重程度與血清Hcy濃度具有一定的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical significance of hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) in the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease (AD) by measuring the level of serum homocysteinemia (Hcy) in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods the subjects were divided into two groups: mild cognitive impairment (MCI) group and Alzheimer's disease (AD) group, including 29 cases in MCI group and 32 cases in AD group. Serum Hcy, folic acid, vitamin B12, blood glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were compared among 30 healthy subjects selected from the physical examination center as normal control group.
