【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在比較鹽酸哌甲酯控釋劑單用與聯合感覺統(tǒng)合訓練對高功能孤獨癥譜系障礙(HFA)共病注意缺陷多動障礙(ADHD)兒童的療效。方法:80例符合診斷標準的門診患兒,以藥物單用或聯合感統(tǒng)訓練治療6個月,以視聽整合持續(xù)操作測驗(IVA-CPT)、ADHD評定量表(ADHD-RS-IV)、孤獨癥行為評定量表(ABC)評估核心癥狀。結果:1兩組患者IVA-CPT項目分值均較治療前提高(P0.001),聯合治療組改善優(yōu)于藥物組(tFRCQ=-2.6874,P=0.0090;tFAQ=-2.6933,P=0.0089);2兩組患者ADHD-RS-IV各分值均較治療前降低(P0.001),聯合治療組改善優(yōu)于藥物組(t注意缺陷=-2.3322,P=0.0254;t多動沖動=-2.0479,P=0.0479;t總分=-2.1817,P=0.0357);3藥物組ABC交往分較治療前改善(t=2.0413,P=0.0486);聯合組ABC總分(t=2.1223,P=0.0408),感覺分(t=2.17213,P=0.0365),交往分(t=2.0576,P=0.0476),運動分(t=2.0986,P=0.0429)較治療前改善。結論:藥物聯合感統(tǒng)訓練對共病ADHD的HFA患兒核心癥狀療效優(yōu)于藥物單用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the efficacy of piperidol controlled release alone and combined sensory integration training in the treatment of hyperfunctional autism spectrum disorder (HFA) with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children with hyperfunctional autism.
