亞臨床ADHD和ADHD兒童的臨床特征及共存行為問題的比較研究

【摘要】:目的調(diào)查亞臨床注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)兒童的臨床特征及其共存行為問題的分布,研究該群體臨床干預(yù)的必要性。方法采用韋氏兒童智力量表和Vanderbilt ADHD評(píng)定量表,對(duì)130例ADHD兒童、101例亞臨床ADHD兒童進(jìn)行測(cè)定并與正常對(duì)照組進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 ADHD組平均言語智商、操作智商和總智商分別為93.40±14.74、92.70±13.93和92.46±14.21;亞臨床ADHD組分別為97.03±12.28、95.44±11.97和95.97±10.78,兩組比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.01)。ADHD組、亞臨床ADHD組和正常組的注意缺陷因子平均得分分別為2.06±1.57、1.57±0.39和0.91±0.51,三組多動(dòng)和沖動(dòng)因子的平均得分分別是1.75±0.59、1.23±0.51和0.68±0.48,均為ADHD組亞臨床ADHD組正常組(P均0.01)。三組功能評(píng)分均值分別為2.90±0.60、2.65±0.54和2.06±0.51,亦為ADHD組亞臨床組正常組(P0.01)。ADHD組和亞臨床ADHD組常見內(nèi)外化行為問題篩查率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),均顯著高于正常組兒童(P均0.01)。結(jié)論亞臨床ADHD兒童雖未符合ADHD全部診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但仍有必要進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的干預(yù)以及常規(guī)進(jìn)行其它內(nèi)外化行為問題篩查。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and the distribution of coexisting behavior problems in children with subclinical attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD), and to study the necessity of clinical intervention in this group. Methods 130 children with ADHD and 101 children with subclinical ADHD were measured with Wechlich Child Intelligence scale and Vanderbilt ADHD rating scale and compared with the normal control group. Results in ADHD group, the average verbal intelligence quotient, operational intelligence quotient and total intelligence quotient were 93.40 鹵14.74, 92.70 鹵13.93 and 92.46 鹵14.21, respectively. The subclinical ADHD group was 9703 鹵12.28, 95.44 鹵11.97 and 95.97 鹵10.78, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). ADHD). The average scores of attention deficit factors in subclinical ADHD group and normal group were 2.06 鹵1.57, 1.57 鹵0.39 and 0.91 鹵0.51, respectively. The average scores of hyperactivity and impulse factors in the three groups were 1.75 鹵0.59, 1.23 鹵0.51,0.68 鹵0.48, respectively. All of them were normal group in subclinical ADHD group of ADHD group (P < 0.01). The mean functional scores of the three groups were 2.90 鹵0.60, 2.65 鹵0.54 and 2.06 鹵0.51, respectively. There was no significant difference in the screening rate of common externalized behavior problems between ADHD group and subclinical ADHD group (P 0.01), which was significantly higher than that in normal group (P < 0.01). Conclusion although subclinical ADHD children do not meet all the diagnostic criteria of ADHD, it is still necessary to carry out corresponding intervention and routine screening for other externalized behavioral problems.
