神經(jīng)肽Y基因多態(tài)性和精神分裂癥的關(guān)聯(lián)研究

【摘要】:目的·探討中國漢族人群神經(jīng)肽Y(NPY)基因多態(tài)性與精神分裂癥的相關(guān)性。方法·采用Taq Man探針基因分型技術(shù)對(duì)678例精神分裂癥患者(病例組)及685例正常對(duì)照者(對(duì)照組)的NPY基因多態(tài)性(rs16148、rs1859290、rs16147、rs16478)進(jìn)行分型。應(yīng)用SHEsis在線軟件比較各組間的等位基因頻率、基因型頻率、單倍型頻率分布有無差異。結(jié)果·rs16478位點(diǎn)基因型頻率分布在成年起病精神分裂癥(AOS)組和對(duì)照組間存在邊緣統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(χ~2=6.66,P=0.036,P_(校正)=0.144)。在隱性模式下,rs1859290位點(diǎn)CC基因型的頻率分布在男性病例組和對(duì)照組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.012,OR=0.97,95%CI為0.94~0.99,P_(校正)=0.048)。單倍型CCTA(由rs16148、rs1859290、rs16147、rs16478構(gòu)成)的頻率分布在男性AOS組和對(duì)照組間的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(8.1%vs 13.2%,OR=0.57,P=0.010,P校正=0.040)。結(jié)論·在中國漢族人群中,NPY基因可能是精神分裂癥的易感基因。
