藍(lán)光對(duì)大鼠焦慮、抑郁及睡眠的影響

【摘要】:目的探究藍(lán)光對(duì)SD大鼠焦慮、抑郁及睡眠的影響。方法動(dòng)物分為正常光照組、低(100 lx)、中(300 lx)和高(500 lx)劑量藍(lán)光照射組;剝奪藍(lán)光對(duì)照組和剝奪藍(lán)光組6個(gè)組,低、中、高3個(gè)劑量照射組藍(lán)光照射28 d,每天1 h,剝奪藍(lán)光組采用去除藍(lán)光的白光照明飼養(yǎng)28 d。用高架十字迷宮實(shí)驗(yàn)、強(qiáng)迫游泳實(shí)驗(yàn)及戊巴比妥鈉睡眠實(shí)驗(yàn)分別觀察藍(lán)光照射及去除藍(lán)光對(duì)大鼠焦慮、抑郁及睡眠的影響。結(jié)果高架十字迷宮實(shí)驗(yàn)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)組間差異無顯著性。藍(lán)光照射中劑量組動(dòng)物強(qiáng)迫游泳實(shí)驗(yàn)中不動(dòng)時(shí)間減少(P0.05),剝奪藍(lán)光導(dǎo)致不動(dòng)時(shí)間延長(P0.05);中劑量組在戊巴比妥鈉睡眠實(shí)驗(yàn)中大鼠睡眠時(shí)間延長(P0.05),剝奪藍(lán)光對(duì)戊巴比妥鈉睡眠實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果無明顯影響。結(jié)論藍(lán)光照射不影響大鼠的焦慮狀態(tài),300 lx藍(lán)光照射對(duì)大鼠有抗抑郁及促進(jìn)睡眠的作用,而剝奪藍(lán)光會(huì)導(dǎo)致大鼠抑郁。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of blue light on anxiety, depression and sleep in SD rats. Methods the animals were divided into three groups: normal irradiation group, low dose blue irradiation group (100 lx), 300 lx) and high dose blue light irradiation (500 lx). Blue light deprivation control group and blue light deprivation group 6 groups, low, middle and high doses of blue light irradiation for 28 days, 1 hour per day, the deprivation group was fed with white light without blue light for 28 d. The effects of blue light irradiation and removal of blue light on anxiety, depression and sleep in rats were observed by viaduct maze test, forced swimming test and pentobarbital sodium sleep test. Results there was no significant difference in the indexes of elevated maze test. In the middle dose group of blue light irradiation, the immobility time was decreased in the forced swimming experiment (P0.05), and the immobility time was prolonged when the blue light was deprived (P0.05). In the middle dose group, the sleep time was prolonged in the pentobarbital sodium sleep experiment (P0.05), and the results of pentobarbital sodium sleep test were not affected by blue light deprivation. Conclusion Blue light irradiation does not affect the anxiety state of rats. 300 lx blue light irradiation has antidepressant and sleep-promoting effects on rats, while deprivation of blue light can lead to depression in rats.
