【摘要】：正幻聽是精神分裂癥最常見的癥狀之一,其出現(xiàn)頻率高于任何其他類型幻覺,可作為臨床診斷、判斷精神分裂癥嚴(yán)重程度以及治療效果的重要依據(jù)之一。揭示幻聽的神經(jīng)機(jī)制,不僅具有顯著臨床意義,還有助于探討精神分裂癥的病理生理機(jī)制。本文將從神經(jīng)影像學(xué)、電生理、遺傳學(xué)等方面對(duì)其做一系列綜述。1神經(jīng)影像學(xué)研究精神分裂癥患者影像學(xué)檢查通常并不表現(xiàn)出腦結(jié)構(gòu)異常,但隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展,不斷涌現(xiàn)的腦成像新技術(shù)及數(shù)據(jù)
[Abstract]:Hallucinatory hearing is one of the most common symptoms of schizophrenia, and its frequency is higher than any other types of hallucinations. It can be used as one of the important basis for clinical diagnosis, judging the severity and therapeutic effect of schizophrenia. Revealing the neural mechanism of auditory hallucinations not only has significant clinical significance, but also helps to explore the pathophysiological mechanism of schizophrenia.
