【摘要】：治療性休閑是對(duì)心理問(wèn)題與心理疾病有預(yù)防和治療作用的一種休閑活動(dòng)。治療性休閑具有3個(gè)特征:促進(jìn)身體健康的同時(shí),也注重身體和心理的和諧;與他人共同參與;具有藝術(shù)和精神方面的創(chuàng)意,并富有表現(xiàn)力。對(duì)于個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō),具有治療性作用的休閑行為方式包括積極生活、身體活動(dòng)、宗教參與和靈性實(shí)踐、接觸自然等。對(duì)于治療師和咨詢(xún)師而言,治療性休閑的心理輔導(dǎo)模式包括休閑輔導(dǎo)模式、娛樂(lè)治療模式、社區(qū)治療模式等。未來(lái)需要對(duì)治療性休閑的作用及其心理機(jī)制進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性研究;創(chuàng)新治療性休閑的研究方法;研究不同特征或需求人群的治療性休閑處方。
[Abstract]:Therapeutic leisure is a kind of leisure activity which can prevent and treat psychological problems and mental diseases. Therapeutic leisure has three characteristics: to promote physical health, but also to pay attention to physical and mental harmony; to participate with others; to be creative in art and spirit, and to be expressive. For individuals, therapeutic leisure behaviors include active life, physical activity, religious participation and spiritual practice, and exposure to nature. For therapists and counsellors, psychological counseling models of therapeutic leisure include leisure counseling, entertainment therapy, community therapy and so on. In the future, it is necessary to systematically study the role of therapeutic leisure and its psychological mechanism; to innovate the research methods of therapeutic leisure; to study the prescription of therapeutic leisure for people with different characteristics or needs.
