【摘要】：目的觀察塞來(lái)昔布對(duì)顱腦外傷患者認(rèn)知功能障礙的改善作用。方法將76例顱腦外傷患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組(38例)和對(duì)照組(38例),兩組給予相同的常規(guī)治療,治療組同時(shí)給予塞來(lái)昔布。塞來(lái)昔布治療前后,采用簡(jiǎn)明精神狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)和蒙特利爾量表(Mo CA)評(píng)分評(píng)定患者認(rèn)知功能和療效,采用Barthel指數(shù)(BI)評(píng)分評(píng)定患者的生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果治療組治療后MMSE和Mo CA評(píng)分均較治療前和同期對(duì)照組明顯升高(P均0.05);治療組認(rèn)知功能總改善率(94.73%)明顯高于對(duì)照組(78.94%),兩組相比,P0.05;治療組隨訪3個(gè)月BI評(píng)分均較治療前及同期對(duì)照組顯著增高(P均0.05)。結(jié)論塞來(lái)昔布可有效改善顱腦外傷患者的認(rèn)知功能障礙,同時(shí)患者生活質(zhì)量也得到明顯改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of celecoxib on cognitive dysfunction in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 76 patients with craniocerebral trauma were randomly divided into observation group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38). The two groups were given the same routine treatment and the treatment group were given celecoxib at the same time. Before and after celecoxib treatment, the cognitive function and curative effect were evaluated by (MMSE) and (Mo CA), and the quality of life was evaluated by Barthel (BI). Results the scores of MMSE and Mo CA in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group before and in the same period (P 0.05), the total improvement rate of cognitive function in the treatment group (94.73%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.94%), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The BI scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 3 months follow-up (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Celecoxib can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with craniocerebral trauma and the quality of life.
