【摘要】：目的了解哈薩克族社區(qū)老年人輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙(MCI)的患病現(xiàn)狀和主要影響因素。方法采用隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,對(duì)新疆阿勒泰地區(qū)3 200名。哈薩克族社區(qū)老年人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和MCI篩查。結(jié)果哈薩克族社區(qū)老年人MCI患病率為9.94%;不同年齡、飲酒情況、家庭月收入、在職性質(zhì)、文化程度、居住地、糖尿病、高血壓、性別、飲酒情況、吸煙及植物性飲食情況的哈薩克族社區(qū)老年人MCI患病率均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);非條件Logistic分析顯示高血壓、男性、高齡、飲酒、糖尿病、吸煙及獨(dú)居情況是MCI的哈薩克族社區(qū)老年人危險(xiǎn)因素;家庭月收入≥1 500元、小學(xué)以上文化程度(包括小學(xué))、在婚、城市居住及腦力勞動(dòng)是哈薩克族社區(qū)老年人MCI患病的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論哈薩克族社區(qū)老年人群MCI患病率較高;年齡、文化程度、居住地、糖尿病、高血壓、飲酒、性別、在職性質(zhì)、婚姻狀況吸煙情況及植物性飲食是哈薩克族社區(qū)老年人MCI患病的主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and main influencing factors of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in the elderly in Kazak community. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to study 3 200 cases in Altay, Xinjiang. The elderly in Kazak community were investigated by questionnaire and MCI screening. Results the prevalence rate of MCI in the elderly in Kazakh community was 9.94. Age, alcohol consumption, monthly household income, working nature, education, residence, diabetes, hypertension, sex, alcohol consumption, The prevalence of MCI in the elderly in Kazakh community with smoking and vegetative diet was significantly different (P0.05). Non-conditional Logistic analysis showed that hypertension, male, old age, drinking, diabetes, smoking and living alone were risk factors of MCI in Kazakh community. Family monthly income 鈮，
