【摘要】：正早在1907年,德國(guó)神經(jīng)病理學(xué)家Alois Alzheimer首次將阿爾茲海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)定義為Dementia Praecox,并將其描述為一種以進(jìn)行性記憶能力受損和認(rèn)知功能障礙為特征的神經(jīng)退行性疾病�；颊咧饕憩F(xiàn)為漸進(jìn)性記憶障礙、認(rèn)知功能障礙、人格改變及語(yǔ)言障礙等神經(jīng)精神癥狀[1],嚴(yán)重影響社交、職業(yè)與生活功能。AD的主要病理改變包括神經(jīng)元內(nèi)逐漸出現(xiàn)的神經(jīng)纖維纏結(jié)導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞骨架蛋白Tau蛋白的過度磷酸化,胞外沉積的淀粉樣前體蛋白β(β-Amyloid,Aβ)寡聚化,老年斑形成以及大面積的神經(jīng)元死[2]
[Abstract]:As early as 1907, Alois Alzheimer, a German neurologist, first defined Alzheimer's disease (Alzheimer's disease,AD) as Dementia Praecox, and described it as a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive memory impairment and cognitive impairment. The main symptoms of the patients were progressive memory disorder, cognitive dysfunction, personality change and language disorder. Professional and life function. The main pathological changes of AD include neurofibrillary tangles in neurons resulting in excessive phosphorylation of cytoskeleton Tau protein, and 尾-Amyloid,A 尾 oligomerization in extracellular deposition. Senile plaque formation and large area neuronal death [2]
